Resposta da Big Box Outlet Store
I am sorry this has happened to you. Please contact us through our official website bigboxoutletstore.ca so we can look into this. We have had a large number of imposter business pages showing up on FaceBook that use our branding and name but have nothing to do with us, selling items in the UK and Europe. If that is the case, then please report your experience to the appropriate authorities and the offending page to FaceBook.

Should be called Rogues.com
Wish I had seen reviews before ordering. No goods received. Appears to be no customer service whatsoever. Nobody can afford to lose money but this company just take money and give nothing back. ROGUES
