At Big Fish Fishing, we’re not just another tackle shop – we’re a crew of UK-based anglers who eat, sleep, and (of course) fish! Whether you’re chasing cod on the coast or stalking carp in the margins, we’ve got the gear to get you grinning. From sea fishing rods to carp fishing reels, from rigs to rod rests, everything we stock is handpicked, well-tested, and ready for a proper session. We believe good fishing tackle doesn’t have to empty your wallet – quality gear for real anglers, that’s our promise. Most of our products are designed for UK waters and tested by the Big Fish Fishing Team, so you know it’s been through the wringer.

Item shown in stock so ordered and paid after ten days item had not arrived. Although item was shown as dispatched but not tracked?!. Contacted the seller refund given seller seems have issues with deliveries. Often!.
I bought a rod from this company on 20 June and took delivery on 24 June. I have had no problems at all with the transaction and the rod is as described. I got the rod for a good price too.
Don't by anything from this place!! Im reporting this company to trading standards as a potential scam company. Goods were never delivered despite promising they had on three separate occasions. Each time they failed to turn up I was promised a gesture of goodwill, which failed to turn up again on three separate occasions; And now trying to get my refund almost two months later and with nothing to show for it, has again failed on two occasions and I've now had to get the credit card company to investigate the company and pull the money back from them.
They keep in touch with you making it seem like everything is fine and legitimate, but everything they say appears to be a lie to keep you hanging on for longer, I assume so they can keep your money for longer. I hope this comment saves someone from the same experience... please avoid this place and just pay a little extra to go literally anywhere else.
Resposta da Big Fish Fishing
Hi Lewis,
I am sorry you feel as though you had to write this review and the problems you experienced with your order. This is certainly not how we would like a customer transaction to be left. We will reach out to you privately.
Thank you
