Fabulous product, very stylish and efficient service. Perfect Christmas present for a beekeeper

I was in the market for a new rucksack. I knew which one I wanted and this retailer had the best price I could find, by quite a large margin.
Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I did have to pay for delivery but the price here compared to other retailers was significant so I was still much better off.

I bought two GSI flasks which are very light and seem to be built very well. My items arrived well packaged in good time and at a competitive price. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this supplier.

I ordered the incorrect part, I returned the wrong part as instructed and the replacement part arrived by return, BigGrass field is a very effecient company,
thank you I would recommend them.

First time experience with this company, found a backpack rain cover which I was after.

All went smooth, always a reason to not hesitate going back for more purchases when that time comes.

My order was delivered promptly. Product as advertised thank you!

Excellent customer service. I needed the water carriers early, due to leaving for a camping trip to Norway and he next day and wws able to pick them up from the warehouse as a favour. Much appreciated!
Thanks!

Great product, great service. Thanks.

Honest comms and all round great service.

Fast delivery, quality stainless steel frying pan, and my favourite was the spice missile perfect for a few days away, it's makes up one tube with 6 compartments for your favourite spices or seasonings, I found the easiest way to fill it was using a mustard spoon, great product range.

Found what I wanted after a quick web search and got a great price and fast delivery from these guys. A++!

I purchased the Exped Megamat Max Duo 15 after researching various deep self inflating mats. This seemed to be the outright winner in terms of reviews, but with a higher RRP than the competition. Big Grass Field were significantly cheaper than any other retailer. I checked them out on Trustpilot as I had not shopped with them before. I paid for next day delivery which was very reasonable and it arrived on time with tracking information from the courier. I will definitely shop with Big Grass Field again.

As for the self inflating mat, it is superb. The quality is excellent and I much prefer the look and feel of it to others I have seen. I couldn’t be happier.

Good range of products, competitively priced, prompt delivery

Great item, very good packing 🙂👍

arrived promptly, good quality product

Speedy delivery and the cheapest in the UK!

Good service and a prompt refund when I realised that I had in fact ordered the wrong part!
