The price was right and the software being available right away was a deciding factor in choosing them. They offered and I got an immediate download with a Software Key in the receipt confirmation rather than having to wait 12 hours to download it like numerous other vendors. This was a major plus in my decision factors to use them. In past years I have purchased online from Staples or other major players but this year their prices were far higher than Big Home Tax's, so after reading their mostly positive reviews I went with them. My only complaint is that when the charge came through on my credit card bill, the confirmation only said I had purchased something from "Paypal", in the "Family Clothing Category" with no mention of the selling Co. name or that I bought TT software. When I called them, neither my card co. nor Paypal could tell me what the purchase was for and the "vendor" website link provided on my CC bill didn't work, so I thought I had been scammed and cancelled the transaction. I later went to use the TT software which would not work, which turned out to be because they reversed my software download, after I had cancelled the unidentified "purchase" on my credit card. I ended up having to repurchase it with my replacement credit card, losing a $7 discount I originally received, that was expired and I could not get to work with a replacement code they gave me.

I purchased 2024 turbo tax business the activation code is worked on my first computer but not 2nd computer! And it will not allow me download the state program.... I checked with turbo tax agent and I was told that Big home tax is not an authorized retailer! and activation code is became a unvalid code!!
I try to contact the company support it wouldn't go throught!!!
I have no way to contact the customer service

I purchased TurboTax 2024 Home & Business. It downloaded fine but would not install even after several tries. I am running Win10 x64. An email with a phone number for help goes unanswered and their mailbox is full. Tax season is here and I need to get busy but so far this program is not working for me.

Recently purchased The 2024 Turbo Tax Premier for Windows. The price was very competitive vs other retailers and the download was quick and smooth. I would highly recommend this vendor.

The Turbotax Premier program I purchased from Big Home Tax downloaded and ran fine until time to electronically file federal and state taxes. At that point the program "hit a snag" and would not allow further action. Discussion with a Turbotax support representative revealed that they have had regular complaints about Big Home Tax due to bootleg/duplicate license codes being sold to customers. Once the 5 federal or 1 state e-file per license are used, then no further e-files are possible for that license.

My TurboTax Premier 2024 would not allow me to Efile my Wisconsin state return. Turns out my license key was invalid. After long calls with TurboTax I found out that my license key was canceled some how the very same day I ordered the digital download. I live in Texas (no income tax state) , but I had to file a Wisconsin return. Makes me suspicious that Big Home Tax cancels license keys for people that live in states with no income tax since they think its unlikely they will file a state return. However, I have to file a state return in a state that does have state income tax. I suspect Big Home Tax cancels the license key for people living in states with no income tax as they think they won't be filing a state income tax return. Then, they can sell the same license to multiple people as most people will only file in the state they reside in. I may be wrong but it certainly fits what happened to me. Big Home Tax was quick to provide me with another license key that did allow me to Efile my state return. Be careful!

I put a single Deluxe version of Turbo Tax in the cart and purchased it. I double-checked the version and the cart's contents before clicking accept. A few minutes later I was charged for both the version I had intended and a Home and Business which I had not even looked at. When I saw this I tried to contact the seller but never got a reply. I have since asked PayPal to claw back the excess charge.

Preferred having a disc from Target store, but no longer available. Wasn’t very trusting of online sellers. We wanted to use PayPal so our credit card # wouldn’t be given to the seller. Two other tax software sellers (one in Illinois and one New Jersey) show PayPal as a option but don’t show a way to use PayPal and the sellers wouldn’t answer emails. Didn’t like that Big Home Tax requires (should be optional) personal info when using PayPal. Big Home Tax does have a link for downloading Turbox Tax but chose to download directly from TurboTax for extra protection and most current version. Link on TurboTax was to find and not allowed to post here. Big Home Tax had the lowest price, easy to order, software code ready! We recommend them and will be looking for them for next year’s tax!
