Personalized big stuffed animals are our speciality.
I ordered one of their giant plush dogs as a prop in my film. The order was unique because the giant 5'5" dog needed to be shipped to the Czech Republic where we were shooting.
At first I got very worried because 2 weeks passed and I did not get a shipping confirmation and also no one was answering my emails!
But when I called, the man on the phone explained that there was an issue with the stuffing machine... okay, so I waited a few more days to get my shipping confirmation and still nothing. Called again, there was an issue with the customs report for the shipping. Fair enough. Eventually i got the shipping confirmation and my giant animal arrived in Czech Republic 2 weeks later - yay!
BUT it was the wrong animal!!!!! they sent me a bear instead of a dog by mistake! Unfortunately, my film really needed a dog, so I called Big Plush again to ask for a refund. My film was shooting in 10 days and I had a giant bear, not the dog I needed.
To their credit, they did everything they could to fix the issue. Instead of giving me a refund, they mailed me a giant dog (the correct one) on express all the way to Europe and it arrived 1 day before we started to shoot the film! Amazing! It would have been cheaper for them to refund me, but they really wanted to help me get the right animal for my movie.
If you have concerns about this company, don't worry. they aren't a fraud, but they are under-staffed and a bit disorganized. They don't answer their emails, but they DO answer their calls and they are very nice.
My advice to order from Big Plush, but follow up with them via phone call to make sure that your order is really on its way.
Same thing as everyone else. Placed an order 11/3/23 and still haven't received it. Tried using the website message feature: no response. And the only way to file for a refund is by calling them? Is this entire company just 1 person? It would make a lot more sense and I'd be a little more understanding if that were the case

I received contact from the owner. Will wait to see if order ships as promised for another update.
I wish I had come across this site before I purchased! My money was deducted immediately and the order status change to "awaiting fulfillment" immediately. I have tried emailing and calling and no one will contact me back. Today, two numbers that I found are not going through. I purchased through PayPal and plan to submit a FRAUD claim and hope to recoup my money back. I plan to broadcast this site on FaceBook as well since that is where I saw the ad initially. Should have known better.
I would definitely rate it half a star if I could. They took $200.00 from me and my order STILL hasn’t been shipped to FedEx like they claimed. Never even think about ordering from this website, a straight SCAM…
Recently I ordered several large Plush Teddy bears from Big Plush, LLC. They where for a birthday party and turned out wonderful!
All their products are made with quality and care. The bears will last the birthday girl years to come. Another great thing is that they can make custom orders and turn around time can be very fast!
I will definitely order from Big Plush again in the future.
Seems that this company is having trouble delivering their inventory. Like other shoppers, I also placed an order in the beginning of December, was sent a UPS confirmation message that the shipping label had been generated, and UPS has not received the package. Therefore, UPS can not update their tracking information and a claim can not be filed. I have tried calling customer service and their automated message indicates that I need to leave a message and they will call me back "right away." No one has called me back. The teddy bear I ordered was the one gift he said he hoped Santa would bring him. Thank you, Big Plush, for ruining that dream for him.
I placed an order on December 5, 2020 for two in stock animals. One Christmas pig and one Christmas deer. I get a notification from the company and UPS of a tracking number on December 7, 2020 with an estimated delivery date of Wednesday December 9, 2020. Wednesday has passed and UPS says no updated information is available and that UPS has not received the shipment. I’ve contacted this company three times via their phone number and had left three voicemails and I have not heard back from them. I’ve also sent four or five messages via their website on my account information page. This company has not returned any of my online messages. Today is December 14, 2020. Their website says order has been shipped but UPS says they have not received anything from the shipper and that the shipper only created a label. I spent a total of 141.68 on presents that may or may not come. I’m very upset with the lack of communication and updates with this company. Where are my packages and why does your site say you have shipped them when you actually have not? I’ve ordered from this company once through Walmart two years ago with no problem and now I will never trust them ever again. Especially with the amount of money spent I’ve could have already had something else purchased. This company could possibly ruin two small children’s Christmas. I do not recommend them ruining any of your loved ones special occasions either. Very Shameful
Update: the owner called back and advised FedEx had makes every pick up on the 12th as delivered to the same address in NJ. He will ship out a replacement at no charge, but personalization will take three days because of staff off at Christmas, or he could ship one now w/o personalization. Since it is going to be late, I asked he ship according to my son-in-law’s original order.
I called FedEx to advise the package was not delivered to this address. A second email from my son-in-law with the same tracking number this time showed “duplicate” tracking. One link showed the NJ delivery, the other said it was delivered here Saturday at 2338. BigPlush owner, Mike, said he too will contact FedEx because he has had a number of issues such as this that went through a particular FedEx hub in PA.
My son-in-law is deployed and ordered an item for my daughter from bigplush.com on the 10th. The status says completed and delivered on the 12th in NJ. The problem is we live in MD. When you call, the system automatically transfers you twice and you end up at “customer service.” But then you have to leave a message and request a return call. It’s now the 24th, Christmas Eve. I don’t expect them to call back.
I ordered my Shipment on the 7th and my shipment was set to arrive at the shipper on the 8th and was supposed to arrive at my home on the 10th. But, it got "delayed" and is set to arrive at my home on the 11th but the shipping company still has yet to receive my package.
I ordered a pink poodle for a dog adoption event. A pink pig arrived. And, although i had created a Plan B (this is really a dog wearing a pink pig Halloween costume) I called Big Plush to let them know of the error.
THEY WERE AWESOME!!!! Very apologetic and sent me a brown and white dog in time for my dog adoption event.

Honestly beyond from some bad reviews I read for this company. Me personally have exceptional great service from them.

3. This company has very fast transaction and service . From US to UAE it took only 4 days to delivered the item at very low rate of shipping fee.
4. And lastly the bear is really g00d quality so fluffy and soft.. same what they are posted in the ads.. I wish I got the 6ft but they are out of stock. I definitely order again with this company.

I ordered a bear for Christmas with plenty of time for shipping - 4 weeks. I received the bear three days before Christmas in what can only be described as packaging remnants. It was the wrong bear. Christmas ruined. I called to get this resolved - or get a refund. Spoke to a nice person in customer service but that was the last communication. 2 months later and I still don't have the right bear. I was told to keep the wrong bear (gave it to Goodwill). No one answers the phone and no one replies to email. This company is HORRIBLE! Avoid them and order from someone else.
Alot of issues. I ordered on the 2nd. Should have got by the 10th. Didn't receive until the 18th after several calls. After several excuse I was promised additional items for my daughter's ruined birthday. And now I am getting no response form email etc.
Mike was very nice and professional seeming, but after messing up an order several days in a row, whatever promises that are made should be kept.
I've sent another email out today hoping it's a real email since I have never got a repose before.. Fingers crossed..
Side note. Customer service seems nice. Bear is very nice but the several different issues don't make up for late birthday present and broken promises.
If what was promised was kept, the only issue would be the late shipping. Hopefully can be resolved so I can come back with a much better review since products do deserve a better rating
They do not respond to emails or calls/voicemails. I was trying to get a replacement for a gorilla and he sent me something smaller but i never wanted one smaller with different material than the one i actually paid for, The person on the phone said that he will work with me until i am satisfied but completely ignores everything.
I’m not a huge fan of posting reviews but I feel that this is my last resort for a resolution. I had placed my order for a bear on April 26th. It is now July 13th. I’ve called, left messages, and emailed multiple times with no response. At this point in time I just want my $126.00 back. The sad part is I’ve used this company multiple times in the past 4 years and I’ve always had a good experience with them. I’m super disappointed and will not be a returning customer after this experience.
Does not respond to emails. Claims quick shipping and here I am coming up on a month now with no product in hand. Thanks for ruining what should have been a good thing. Terrible customer service would not recommend this company of unprofessionals to anyone.
They will send you a horrible itchy not at all plush teddy bear that shedds it's nasty hair all over the place. Called to complain and they said they'll gladly send me a new one, it never came and that phone number got disconnected.
I’ve been waiting for almost a week for the teddy bear, they created a label but waiting on item to be shipped... I’m still waiting on my bear from my hubby that’s who in the military who thought it would be adorable get me marines bear... Bad quality of getting them and waste of money.. If you guys get it done, no wonder why nobody want to buy it off from you guys. If you guys want your customers to be happy then do it right instead of waiting on something for it. You’ll guys will make tons of money if you make your customers happy instead of being late for the gift or etc.
