Bigrig dispatchers have made our lives as owner operators so much easier since we started working with them just under a year ago. They are quick to communicate and handle all the rate negotiation's. Me and my wife run a 53 foot dry van as a team. Since working with them we have increased our weekly profits, and by not booking my own loads I have been able to get some much needed rest that I was depriving myself of before. Truly have made our lives much easier and keep us in the best areas to keep the truck moving for the best rates in the country!

I am the owner and operator of Triniti Transportation 1 Dry Van truck. i started with BigRig Dispatchers in March of 2024 when my MC was brand new, the beginning was tough because of my MC but they educated me on how to plan it and get to 1 year authority and 2+ years later they are a big part of my success. What keeps me here is how they handle rates. Dispatchers i've had in the past just book to be finished and you can tell. BigRig doesn't do that they do research on markets, communicate the info to me and hold out for the right rates to ensure that I am executing at or above my expectations. Always keeping my per mile high while running me in and out of areas where I can keep my fuel bill down really helps me to keep the most money in my pocket. When something goes wrong on my end, they get ahead of it with the brokers instead of hiding from it. i broke down once and delivered 3 days late but at the end the broker called to thank me bc my dispatch team communicated everything through out the process which showed me they cared about my reputation as much as I did. If you're and owner-op trying to protect your margin & reputation, these are the people that can help you.
