I WANTED MY MONEY BACK FROM THE INITIAL MONTH BECAUSE IT WAS BUGGY AND IT DIDNT WORK THE 20 QUERIES PER DAY AND THEY DIDNT GAVE ME NOTHING, NO EVEN REPLY.
I SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS ASKING FOR MY MONEY AND TODAY THEY CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR ANOTHER MONTH!!!! AFTER I ALREDY CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!
BE AWARE, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!

It's a great tool.
I didn't spend any money, I just invited two friends to sign up, and I got access for 7 days. This helped me to understand the capabilities of the tool and to be able to make payment decisions.

Purchased their $9 plan
the very first time using it,
it shows 6 pages of same exact video, then the next 6 pages show the same exact second video
which means I have seen two videos for the day because I have reached the limit
I ask for the refund, the support Lina replies :
"the ads are caught by intelligence, so we don't filter the ads, that's the reason some ads are same. sorry, we only refund if it's caused by system bug."
Then she completes ignore me, horrible support, horrible website

charging me without permission.
they keep trying charging my credit card after I cancelled my subscription. they have tried already 3 times.
do not answer emails, the phone number they provided is answered by a woman who says it is a wrong number.
the chat agent on their website never replies
