The thali we ordered was overloaded with butter and ghee — it was literally dripping when squeezed. The curries were tasteless and appeared to have been cooked long before serving, then simply reheated rather than freshly prepared.

The food also tasted heavily loaded with preservatives and artificial additives, which made it feel extremely unhealthy and unpleasant to eat. There seems to be a serious lapse in food hygiene and cooking standards.

This was one of the most unhealthy meals I have had, and I would not recommend it to anyone, especially people with health concerns or dietary restrictions.

I believe Hounslow Council should inspect and audit the food safety and hygiene standards being followed here.

Giving 2 stars just for chef's hard work.. food was okay.. but the management was very poor.. as when u entred in so hyped resturaent u expect someone come and take orders but there no one comes to your table even thats is okay case they need to put table bar code instead of looking here and there.. if they expect us to come to till for making order then atleast one person shpuld stand there and take orders but no.. staff seems misorganised as 2 ladies are just standing at chat corner can't take orders 2 girls servers comes one by one randomly and putting weight on each other u come take order and you come like bo professionalism... bit harsh here i am but the truth is truth its all about mangement.. if they want good ratings they should work on it atleast one can serve one take orders.. also staff seems confused about taking payments some said do cash some says tap card sending customers one to another till just to pay. Not happy with service . Dn't think will go back..

We went as a family of 4 on a Thursday evening. This time we managed to get seating as compared the last time on a Saturday when we waited for a hour on a cold evening and gave up. This was our first time in the restaurant. The staff seemed to be bored and disinterested in general. Didn’t realise one had to place an order on one corner of the restaurant rather than someone coming at our table to take an order. Had heard loads about their Chole Baturay but it was quite disappointing. Massive oily rubbery Baturay and as compared to them the Chole quantity was like David v/s Goliath. Other dishes like Raj Kachori or Samosa chaat or Dahi Bhallay were all average tasting and nothing to write home about.
Doubt we will pay another visit.

on 17 january 26,we bought pokad and samosa, it was so salty and over fried in one bite we like throwing up.

Test is not that great, Some packed namkeen have oil smell.

I was very happy to hear the news of Bikanervala’s opening. However, Food was good (a bit too oily).

There was No security at all.

The service was okay.

The overall experience is really good made me feel like home in a foreign country and the food is good I would suggest go for North Indian dishes and there is a lot of room for improvement in case of South Indian dishes other than this the Chinese dishes could be reviewed for the oil used as it was distinctively there. The service was good though.

The order (for sweets on their website) was placed on Oct. 21st morning and until 23rd Oct. 10:30 AM, it has not reached the destination (Al Qouz, Dubai). Followed up multiple times with Mohit as well as Suryakant, but of no use...asked them to cancel now and there is no response to that as well...I have called them more than 10 times for this matter and every time they promise to call back with the status update but never did! Very poor attitude towards the customers!

They might have started this business decades ago but now, their service levels are too bad, totally unacceptable!!!

I am writing to express my frustration with the handling of my recent order. Unfortunately, the entire process has been disappointing. My order arrived late, even after multiple follow-ups (which also, was ignored several times in whatsapp)

This lack of attention to detail and delay in fulfillment has left me quite dissatisfied.

Very disappointed with the Hounslow branch . Second time waiting in queue with kids. Waited for 30 minutes to be told there is a table, when we went in they had given the table to someone else. Some staff are extremely inconsiderate and partial allowing priority to those who are further down in the queue.

Very Delicious food..

Food was reasonably good.
Still a long way to go in efficiently taking orders.
Level of hygiene could be improved. Table wiped and crumbs on the floor.

Shikanjwi could be made with fresh lime, too sweet.
Raj kachorii tasty.
Thali a disaster!Just two items! Paneer which was seeet n dal makhani with warm tandoori roti and rice.
Good idea to stick with chaat item
