This company is a total rip-off. I got one helmet measured the way they said and it was too big. Not only that, but it was outdated by 15 years. I sent it back at my expense and they sent me the size smaller and it was still the same size but said smaller. And this one was outdated by 11 years. How much break down because of chemicals and the material after 5 years that's why there is a reason for replacing them. So I sent the last one back and now they're charging me another 6% to get a refund so so far it has cost me $36 in shipping returns and I'm losing the percentage also. All this for a helmet that is too old to even use. If something happened and I cracked my head, the helmet would disintegrate probably because of the age. This company is a piece of s*** and deserves to go out of business. I'm going after them for the money if I can figure out how.

Do not buy from beanie biker helmets. Buy through Amazon, I believe you won't get hit with having to pay for shipping yourself. Sizes suck, go one above. I've never been an xl, I won't find out because I'm sending it back. When a company asks you to keep anything, and offers you 30% off because it doesn't fit, run. Why would you keep anything that doesn't fit. Customer service is a joke. This country is going to hell and this company is writing the handbook.

Terrible helmet and company. I measured my head as they specified on the website. I ordered a large, which i wear in all my other helmets. It was way too small. In order to send it back you have to pay yourself. Plus they charge you 5% for who knows what BS reason. So i paid 21$ for absolutely nothing. The helmet definitely has the mushroom look to it too. I would never buy anything from these POS.

I ordered a helmet from them when it came it was too small and hurt my head. Their website says you can return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the helmet. I emailed them and told them I wanted to return it for a refund and the keep trying to get me to exchange it for something else or I can keep it for 30% off. Again why would I want to keep the helmet when it doesn’t fit. I’ve been trying to get the return go ahead because they say that’s the only way you can return it for two days now. Their customer service doesn’t listen. I just want to return it for my money back is that so hard. Do not buy from this company.
