Nike Kinder Badeanzug bestellt über ebay. Leider zu klein. Nach der Rücksendung erhielt ich mein Geld über paypal nicht zurück. Beschwerde direkt an bikester geschrieben. Keine Antwort. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Schlechter Service. Bei Rücksendungen kommt dein Geld nicht zurück! Vorsicht!
Über Ebay mit Einsatz eines Gutscheines ein MTB gekauft. Es kam schnell an aber war defekt. Tausch war nicht möglich...nur Retoure und Neubestellung....damit Verlohr ich 36€ Gutscheinwert. Da Kommunikation schon schlecht war hatte ich zum Glück nicht neu bestellt dann Speditionsabholung war sehr schecht geplant. Hatte dann eine Woche später das Geld bekommen sollen....aber nix kam. Mails und Telefonate mit "Blablah" ohne Ergebnis. Ebay Fall mit Problemen, dann Paypal Fall und erst jetzt nach mehr sls 2 Monaten hab ich das Geld zurück. Über Ebay bewertet und nun auch hier. ACHTUNG ! HIER NICHT KAUFEN...weder bei Bikester noch Fahrrad.de (hängen zusammen bzw. Gleiche Firma). Stunden an Zeit und Nerven verschwendet, Gutschein weg und umzählige Mails, Nachrichten usw....
I received my bike with damaged fenders, missing saddle clamp and wrong saddle. After some negotiations refunded €65 which I wasn’t happy with I but I accepted to close the case and move on. Then I ordered the fenders and new saddle.
They only delivered the sadlle. Now there is no response from the company. It’s been 9 days and not a single response.
I also found out that it’s almost impossible to remove the saddle they sent so I feel it was stuck the to post from the beginning and hence they send me a faulty one from the beginning.
The whole process has been painful and disappointing.
I have requested for the Bike and everything I ordered to return it and no response.
I highly recommend to beware that if there will be problem don’t count on them.
I bought my Cannondale Topstone 3 from bikester. Bike needed done minor repairs after 1 month and Bikester customer service assisted me all the way. Initial response might take a while but once you're in contact with their customer service you're in good hands. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Very happy customer and can highly recommend this e-shop.
