Christopher Marshall / Bike Tune serviced my Rise & Müller electric bike. Cured the noisy disk brakes and spent a good hour going over the bike. Checking the security of the bolts and the correct functioning of the Enviolo gear / drive system. Very pleased.

Found this company on line, arrived on time and after discussing / assessing the issue with the motor hub of my ebike’s front wheel went to work straight away.
Within 40 minutes bike back with me as good as new. Chris has saved me hundreds of pounds had he not been able to repair this problem. His charge was a snip. If you have a bike problem then this is definitely the man to go to, would definitely recommend.

Very quick response, excellent service.

We had Chris come out to our home in Tilehurst for a bike service and couldn’t be happier.

He was super friendly, arrived right on time, and completed a full standard servicing in just 1 hour 20 minutes. Chris walked me through each step, answered all our questions, and clearly knows his stuff. Their mobile workshop setup is impressively well-equipped, and the price felt very fair for the convenience of an on-site service.

If you work from home or struggle to get your bike to a shop, BikeTune is absolutely ideal. I have full confidence that, should any repairs ever be needed, Chris will respond quickly and sort it out efficiently. We’ve already set a personal reminder to book with BikeTune again this time next year! Highly recommended.

Super swift and comprehensive service from Chris - These are fairly specialised models but Chris has years of experience working with e-cargo models and their many quirks!

Quick to come to my rescue with problems I was having with my bike. Diagnosed and sorted the issue for me and proceeded to give to bike a little check up too. Such a great guy. Other bike is now also booked in for a general service

I’ve used Christopher on multiple occasions now, the last one was a nightmare job “fixing the dreaded rattle”

I threw all kinds of expensive parts at my road bike swapping out the group set myself, still couldn’t stop it rattling. Christopher had it fixed in less than 2 hours, should have just got him round first time!
