Excellent customer service. Our first order didn't arrive, which was no fault of Biky, but after being notified they overnighted us another bike. The best part is the bike itself. We have a very small, light weight kiddo and they are able to ride more confidently on their new bike.

Bought a 16" bike. Easy to order. Shipped in a timely manner. Easy to put together. It is good quality - it is extremely light and quite sturdy. My 4 year old shifted from her 14" bike to this without any issue. So far, there's been no issues that have come up with this bike. They've been responsive.

After doing some research we chose Biky Air 16 for our soon to be 4 year old. The bike is super light, great quality, and easy to assemble. A little disappointed there isn't a kickstand but hoping that won't be a big deal in the long run. Overall really excited to gift this bike! It's going to be a big hit!

Bike is light, and a great size for our 4 year old daughter. I appreciate how easy it is to take on and off the pedals so that she can use it as a balance bike too. We bought a bike basket and bell from Amazon to top it off.

I needed some clarification for the assembly and texted back and forth with customer support. The response was prompt and clear and the assembly was not actually difficult. The bike is SO lightweight which is important for me. The quality seems very good.

Sturdy yet lightweight bike! My 3 year old son has enjoyed it a lot. Would recommend it. Only recommendation is that it would be nice for it to include a kickstand.

This may be one of the best hikes we have ever purchased. It’s extremely light, making it easy to bring anywhere. And it’s made for toddlers. Fits my son just right and gives him confidence to keep trying. This is his first “real bike”. Love it!

My 3.5 year old practiced here and there on another brand’s balance bike (for the past 2 years), but after a few minutes, she would swap it out for her scooter. After receiving the Biky Air 14 for Christmas, she asked multiple times a day to ride her new bike. She didn’t want to stop riding. By day 4, she was pedaling independently. She LOVES riding her new bike! From a parent’s perspective, my husband and I love the light weight - so much easier for littles to manage than the standard heavy bikes. We also are thrilled with the many smart safety features like the covered chain, steering limiter and hidden brake lines. Thank you Biky for such an awesome product!

We also purchased the Biky Air 20 for our 7 year old daughter. She had a much heavier, clunky 16” wheel bike prior which we thought was a solid brand at the time of purchase. She also loves her new bike and has spent several hours riding it since Christmas. Hand breaks are new to her and she quickly got the hang of these. I love the helmet reminder on frame, especially as our 7 year old may start to feel pressure from peers to skip the helmet.

These are high quality, lightweight bikes that our girls are loving!

Outstanding bicycle and design!
I've been riding, racing, and building my own bicycles and wheels for over 40 years. I purchased the Biky Air 16 for my soon to be 4 year old grandson after watching him struggle to pedal the smaller bikes that kids usually try to ride at this age. He is a very strong young man, but the bike we had for him weighed a ton and he could not push the pedals on flat ground. I started researching lightweight bikes for kids and came across Biky bikes, and was immediately interested in what they are offering. When I received the bike before Christmas, and was excited to get it setup for him as a Christmas present. I was impressed right off the bat with the packaging and component selection for such a young target age bicycle. This bike has nice wheel bearings, headset, stem and bars, and crankset and bottom bracket. Really nicely done, and was so easy for my grandson to push and balance due to the low center of gravity and longer wheelbase. Having the steering limiter is a great addition to help him learn. Hopefully the pedals go on soon, as I can't wait to ride with him!

the bike arrived unusable as the plugs in the front wheels are stuck plus the circle plate was broken on arrival. we received 3 sets of instructions on how to remove these plugs and then got a text from the co-founder to rotate clockwise (when all other instructions say counter clockwise). needless to say we have not been able to finish assembling this bike so cannot comment on the bike itself. currently waiting for reply from the company on how to remedy in time for xmas gifting :(

This is my 6 year old daughter’s first 20” bike. Her previous bike didn’t have hand brakes so she was scared of going too fast. But this bike gave her the confidence she needed to go faster. Not to mention this bike is about 10 lbs lighter than the previous bike she had! Customer service has been quick, great and very accommodating. Thank you all at Biky Bike! Would definitely recommend this to any parent who wants their child to learn how to ride a bike quickly and safely.

Awesome bikes! Super lightweight and a great company to work with. I’m excited for my kiddo to get his bike on Christmas morning. Packaged extremely well and super fast shipping. It was also very easy to put together, I did it early just in case but it only took a few minutes.
