My wife and I have been searching the Greater Vancouver real estate market for several years looking for our final residence prior to retirement. We have worked with a handful of agents, often good ones, but none were as helpful with insights, market knowledge and helpful resources as Candice Charron. Charles was an incredible asset when I was selling my apartment, since I wasn't actually in the country at the time. He took care of a myriad of details, gave me excellent advice, went over and above the call of duty on several occasions, and succeeded in selling the apartment very quickly. Fantastic team. I mostly dealt with Candice, and I can say with full confidence I could not have had a better realtor! She unequivocally had my best interests at heart. She was patient and listened to what I was looking for in a townhouse, but also made creative suggestions to help expand the possibilities. Oh, and she sold my place as well! How did that go you wonder? Well, one open house and it sold over asking, so pretty good I'd say. LoL! Both Charles and Candice gave me advice on what to focus on before my sale, and how to stage it to it's best potential. It was a fair bit of work, but it paid off better than expected. Candice Charron - Professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. In the last two years I have both purchased and sold a condo using Candice as my realtor. In both instances Candice went about her business with the utmost professionalism & poise. As a buyer I had a lengthy list of requirements with a budget that didn't match my tastes. Candice was so patient, months into the process she even talked me out of a purchase that with hindsight would likely have been a mistake. It turns out that she researched that property better than I did! The condo I did end up purchasing exceeded my best expectations at below what I had budgeted for. That is not easy to do in the lower mainland of Vancouver! Two years later I sold that property and there was no question as to whom I was going to ask to be my realtor. Again my best expectations were exceeded. When I was a buyer Candice was patient and knowledgeable, when it came time to sell her professionalism kicked up another notch. You would think I was selling a penthouse in Coal Harbor instead of a 1.5 bedroom condo in Surrey. I was certainly made to feel important. My expectations were exceeded both in the level of service I received and in the ultimate selling price ! Our property was not only marketed locally, but nationally and internationally with a most exquisitely produced short film. Even though the market at the time was slow, our property sold within a two (2) week window due to their excellent skills and read of the product sales in that given window in time.
