I bought a sweater from you about ten years ago and wanted to replace it, so I was delighted to find that the patterns and quality are just as good when I purchsed two more online recently. I particularly appreciate the fact that your kniwtear is 'different' and affordable compared to hight-street brands.

Sadly the jumper I ordered was much too big, but the customer service for refunding was excellent…. and encourages me to try another purchase later in the year. Website is very tempting.

My most recent purchase from Bill Baber was an impulse buy in the sale which jumped out at me and I had to buy it. No regrets, beautiful well made garment. Also, it arrived the next day, excellent service!

I always visit Edinburgh with the same friend and we always go into Bill Baber where one or the other of us buys something! My turn this time and I got a gorgeous silvery gray sleeveless linen top just which I am wearing today cos the sun is out in London!

I love my Fintry jumper, so much so that I have two, one blue and one a gorgeous green. A ‘Sloppy Joe’ in style, it’s like wearing a warm, cosy hug and is perfect for the cooler weather, but also soft and light to the touch.
I love it all the more because it is knitted in Scotland from beautiful Irish Donegal Merino Yarn, truly sustainable, ethical and already has had over 30 wears!

I’ve visited Bill Baber’s wonderful store in Edinburgh many times since 2009 on my almost annual trips from the US. The store is magical to me, with so many designs and colors, and such beautiful quality of workmanship. Shopping there is always a highlight of my visits to Edinburgh, a city I love. I was last there in Feb 2020, a few weeks before Covid began. Recently I missed it so much I looked the store up online and found I could have shipment to the US at a relatively low cost. I was thrilled and received my sweaters very promptly. There is nothing like them in the US. I am so happy and hope I can get back to Edinburgh this year.
