No quality control - product, even less in - customer service
Have purchased a few products in the past that were average in quality. Recently purchased a item that was 5 x the $ of cheaper options elsewhere. I thought the extra money would ensure quality control and fitment. Turns out not the case. A simple quality controll issue that made the product unusable. Found out after taking my car apart to install the product. Had to reassemble with original parts. Reuse used roll pin etc. Very frustrating. Reached out to customer service. Sharing my frustration, that I expected more for the cost. The service was rude, demeaning, and condescending. About the same quality controll over the customer service as towards the product I ordered. Buy the $30 version from the typical free shipping sites rather than 4 to 5 x the cost for no better quality.
