We're a Colorado-based Mental Health Billing and Credentialing firm extending our expertise to Healthcare Providers throughout North America's 50 states. Our mission is to relieve providers of the burdensome task of collections, allowing them to focus on patient care while we tackle their Billing Headaches. Despite being a small billing company, we're rapidly expanding by delivering exceptional services. Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible and accessible, with fees starting at 5% of Total Monthly collections or $250, whichever is higher, per month for our billing services.

I worked with Jason from this company. He explained everything about how the service would work, how they could help us and have followed through with everything they promised. They work quickly and get things done efficiently. Usually less than 24 hours to get the response or information I need. They are always polite and personable too. I highly recommend!

Attentive services
I have just started using their service over a month ago. Jason has spent so much time explaining things and making calls to insurance companies in order to set up things right. Their attentive services are very much appreciated. I would strongly recommend!

Jason has been great and always gets…
Jason has been great and always gets back to me quickly with questions/requests I have.
One thing I wish I'd known before hiring him, however, is that he does not directly charge clients their co-pays, etc. That is up to the therapist to do. My prior biller did this for me, so I truly didn't have to do any invoicing or charging cards. With Jason, I've had to learn to do this but he has helped me. I'm still giving 5 stars because it was something I didn't know to ask before working with him--he did nothing wrong, I just didn't know to ask.

Worth every penny
I was initially hesitant to have a billing agency take over my insurance transactions. Billing Remedies so far has been one of the best decisions I have made as a private practice owner. They have recouped money, assisted with difficult denials and claims, and have allowed me to let go of a major stressor in my job.

SO GLAD I FOUND THEM! Taking care of all of the time consuming things on the back end of running a business that I just did not have the time to do myself has been fantastic. Now I can focus on building my practice knowing my billers are competent

Highly Recommend Billing Remedies
Billing Remedies has helped with my Private practice billing. They are quick to respond to my questions, thorough on making sure billing is completed on time and has educate me on the billing process. They have a friendly staff that cares about their clientele. I highly recommend Billing Remedies.

Thumbs up for Billing Remedies
Working with Jason and Harold has been a positive experience. They were able to clean up our books, recoup unpaid payments, follow up on payments and insurance-related issues, verify and check eligibility for our clients, and submitted claims on our behalf in a timely and efficient way. We have also elected to do credentialing with Billing Remedies and have obtained several contracts that we are pleased with.
