Requested an updated BMW North America Road Map for my 2018 X3. After order was placed for a download version, within minutes I received an explanatory email (from Tyler @ Bimmer America) with a link to ~30 GB download. Everything worked as expected and install completed within ~20 minutes.

Great company and support! I initially placed an order on a product that apparently would not work on my car and was quickly informed via email by the company President Steve why the product I ordered would not work due to the year of my car (and immediately refunded my order) and he also recommended two products that would work. So I placed a new order based on Steve's recommendation. A couple of hours later, I received emails with detailed instructions on how to download and install the updates. I did run into some issues and reached out to the company and received a prompt reply that I need to restart my PC and disable some software to get it to work. After that all went smoothly. Great company and amazing customer support!

Very responsive and timely customer service. Will do business with them again!

Followed the directions to download and install on my 2014 X5 and everything worked exactly as advertised.

Easy, fast and customer service was awesome!

The Navigation update for my BMW was massive (24GB to download) but they sent great instructions and everything worked out perfectly. 10/10 experience.

Going from the 2014 navigation version to 2023 is a huge upgrade :D

Use Firefox for large downloads. I struggled downloading that large of a file with several other browsers.

Extremely Impressed. Fast, efficient, and when I had an issue I had an immediate response. After I discovered my thumb drive was bad it worked flawlessly. Highly Recommend!

The product showed up on time. Everything worked exactly as the instruction said, it was the right update for my model, and there were no issues highly recommend them.

After my struggle with another vendor and weeks of frustration I decided to take another try with a new vendor “Bimmer America” simple and straight forward delivery in days and Install on My BMW X5 2014 in less than 50 min. The instructions were easy and clear, after successful install worked on the first try. I wish I could add the same way a upgrade to have apple play in my BMW.

Super easy download process and easy instructions extract the zip on a usb drive. I would recommend to anyone. Best price around, and super useful.

Great product. Clear instructions. Good customer service where you can actually talk to a human. Quick delivery too.

Both my BMW vehicles (2017 640i/ F06 and 2013 Z4 35is/ E89) were in need of map database updates. After some quick research, I came across 'Bimmer America' ... and we were 'off to the races.' Their business website was super easy to understand and use ... their communication process in support of your purchase(s) is immediate and thorough ... and the end result of their product(s) and support -- a BMW with an up-to-date map/ navigation database -- is a very happy and highly satisfied customer! I will definitely 'be back' for all future map updates and support.

Purchased a map update for a fraction of the price BMW was asking. It came quickly, the instructions were clear and simple, and it updated and worked on the first try.

Purchased and self-installed via downloaded files FY22 Maps for my 2017 Mini. Everything works flawlessly thanks to the clear and detailed instructions provided. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend!

I uploaded a new map purchased from Bimmer America LLC. The instructions were clear. Everything went smoothly. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend their product.

I ordered the EVO 2022-2 North America map update for my 2016 BMW 428i online. A couple of hours after the order was placed, I received download and installation instructions via e-mail. (The file is large (~28MB) and took over half an hour to download.)

The instructions are straightforward, although I found it necessary to provide my own Fat32 formatter for the USB. Nonetheless, everything worked, and the new map is now successfully installed in my Bimmer!

I enjoy being involved in my BMW’s maintenance. However, very few things can be done by the owner as BMW has built many complex systems into the “Ultimate Driving Machine”. Bimmer America provides all the knowledge I need to update my BMW GPS maps myself. Thank you for making a smooth process.

My experience with this company was great. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through the whole process and went above and beyond. I would use this company for all my future needs.

I have ordered map updates from Bimmer America for my 2011 328xi a few times and each time I was able to load the update with little trouble - North America Premium 2022-2.
Received the download information and instructions within hours of the order being confirmed.
The upload to the car took exactly the amount of time that Tyler suggested.
Great service at a great price, glad these guys are around to support us.
