Communicate!!!
Bought a new compressor from this company, which I haven't really had time to use very much yet. The use it has had seems to be very satisfactory, although time will tell. I would be more complimentary about them if their communication was better. Trying to find out delivery details, because they said I needed to be home to accept delivery, was useless. Fortunately, the courier was very good and delivered even though I was out. Because it was raining, the driver was even good enough to cover the box with my wheelbarrow. Hopefully the service and longevity of the machine will be better than the communications.

We then contacted the courier and were advised that your order was delivered on 29th October.

The wire rope fouled and tangled at first operation as it came off the drum, it is now distorted and probably weakened. Looks like I have to purchase a new wire

Very prompt delivery
I ordered a duel fuel generator online and it was delivered to me in Northumberland within 26 hours - very impressive. Judging from the packaging it should be in good order but as I will not be unpacking or testing it for some weeks I will update my review then. Pleased so far.
