So the service gas been good. The pressure washer is good. What's not so good is that after using my new pressure washer for only one hour, the hose melted on the engine. This isn't surprising to me as one often gets into confined spaces etc when cleaning paving and paths. My feeling is that there should be better protection for the hose. Either better housing around hot engine parts or thermal protection around the hose itself. Sure, the operator can be aware and careful but this feels like sonething that can happen very easily. So in the end my experience has been that I bought a decent pressure washer for a good price. Then after one hour I couldn't use it once the hose melted. Then you told me that the hose isn't covered by warranty and furthermore you only had the 20m hose in stock. This size is larger and more expensive than I wanted but this was the only option. So I have also purchased some automotive thermal braided cable protection at further cost to myself in the hope of protecting the hose you supplied and I am thinking about how I can put sone kind of protection around the engine housing. All in I have spent a further £78 and it cost me a day's work as I will have to return to the flat complex of the client whose patios and pathways I was cleaning. I'm just presenting the facts, I wish I had bought a pressure washer without this design flaw as in the end it has not been cheaper than more expensive options.

Brilliant peice of kit, quick delivery and does a great job.

This unit was to replace an existing one, so I was great that the new one could bolt straight to the existing set up. So many manufacturers change cosmetics that cause unnecessary compatibility issues. The new winch seems faster and more powerful than the one it replaced, although that unit had done a lot of work, well over 150 pulls at high load over 5 or so years

sorry for delay, working away from home, really good price, delivery spot on, packing very good, double boxed, had a slight problem with side door being pushed in by cables stowed next to the door, took 20 mins to get it right side out, no damage, the welder is visually quite something, very well thought out but, could not make a gas connection with what I had, so ordered adaptor pipe, tried to set up for flux core and found no knurled drive wheel? just the gas wire drive wheel, also the wire speed knob is linkied to the current electronically, which I suspect all new welders are? the earth clamp wire is rediculously short at 1.5mts but I dont need the stick holder so ordered an in line twist joint and now have a 3.5mts earth wire now, much better, the supplied mask is quite naff and cheapens the welder, but supplied with all chinese welders so they must have a mountain of them somewhere? sigh, had to go work in devon then, so no further play until today, set up the knurled wheel I ordered, fed the wire through to the gun, went to test weld and my masks not working! doa! cursed! new batts, nothing, ordered new mask, tried chinky mask, I dont recommend you try chinky mask! !! borrowed naff mask off my mate, and supprised to find that the welder in gasfree mode is perfect for plug welds on all the scrap panels ive tried it on in my garage,, sounds good too, pretty sure I can adapt to gassfree for bodywork, that will save a bundle in gas, time will tell, yet to try it on gas but my new reel box of 0.08mm gas wire held 0.6mm wire, sigh, buy new wire try again, no reason to think it wont be good on gas too, but gasfree would be better, So far im likeing this welder, but it needs a knurled flux wire drive wheel combined with a gas drive wire wheel, they do both on the same wheel, or seperatly, plus I use a 4mm small CO2 gas bottles which all people I know do too, an adaptor pipe with a 4mm connection costs pennies but you have to wait on the post for it, boreing, luckly ive got nothing pressing so far this year, many thanks, A+++
