Had our bins cleaned by Binkil for a long time with no issues and lovely fresh bins so when we were invited to the window cleaning we were really keen. Unfortunately, after out first clean our windows were terrible! Lots of muddy water spots all over every window and one in particular (above garage so quite difficult to reach) just had streaks across the whole window. We have cancelled the service but I am not sure what went wrong with out windows as theres so many great reviews - maybe the mop head was dirty or maybe they were tired by the time they got to ours but either way we are very disappointed to not be able to use this service. Given 3 stars as we are very happy with bins but windows brought it down. Lovely staff on the phones and email though.

Fast efficient friendly, we have a lot of windows and all were done spot on. Could not fault them and would recommend. Thanks again

Signed up to the window cleaning service they now provide.. I have absolutely no complaints at all. I could tell as soon as I drove into my syreet they had been done as they were gleaming!

Had our windows cleaned for the first time yesterday by James. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had about the new service. I was a little sceptical about how the windows would dry but I didn’t need to worry coz they are amazing, no runs or streaks just sparkling. I definitely recommend this service.

Been getting our bins cleaned now for quite some time.service has always been fantastic,so when I was informed about the new window cleaning I did not hesitate to sign up.yesterday the 1st clean went well,was kept upto date when the guy was coming,everything looked really well once finished.im very happy,the team is excellent at Binkil.if I ever have any questions the ladies on desk help and the guys that come out are great too
