Asked to write a review before the product had arrived, really slow delivery. Wake up, it’s 2026!

Absolutely love the raspberry & coconut overnight oats. They are so filling !

I tried the protein granola this week and honestly it was so nice, the flavour is amazing and with it being gut friendly - no added sugar - high in fibre and 9g protein is amazing.
Looking forward to trying more of their products.

Absolutely love the Bio&Me Pistachio & Vanilla Granola! The flavour combination is so good.. the pistachio gives it something a little different and the vanilla adds just the right amount of sweetness. Crunchy, tasty and has quickly become one of my go-to breakfasts. Definitely one I’ll be buying again!

I recently tried the Bio&Me kefir energy drink and it was so nice! I’m not normally a matcha fan, but I thought I’d try the vanilla matcha flavour and it was lovely! It was just like drinking a milkshake, I just can’t believe how many good things are in it for it to taste so good! Will definitely buy again and want to try their other products now too!

This granola fills me up until lunch and doesn't spike my blood sugars! I love it with a little soya Greek yoghurt and berries!

Recently tried the functional kefir drinks and they really are fab! I’ve always been a fan of kefir drinks but sometimes the flavour options can be a bit boring or they’re far too thick, but these drinks are lovely, very drinkable and great flavours. The matcha is very on trend right now too and it tastes great. Also good to enjoy something that’s also good for you, really focusing on gut health at the moment and these are so easy to incorporate into your day to day.

Absolutely love Bio&Me, such a great brand with healthy options to add to my daily diet! I couldn’t live without them anymore, especially after trying their berry kefir drink - absolutely gorgeous and has so many benefits!

I simply want to share a thought about today’s food industry and how consumers are misled every day by companies that claim to produce healthy foods, even branding themselves as ‘BIO’, when the reality is quite different.

I bought a box of these cereals believing I was purchasing a product made with simple, natural ingredients. Then I noticed that, among those supposedly clean ingredients, there was something listed as
natural flavoring.

The fact that it is derived from natural sources is the reason it is called a natural flavoring. However, what is not being disclosed is that these natural sources are used to create substances that are then chemically processed into manufactured flavouring ingredients. Up to 100 synthetic additives, including preservatives, solvents, and other processing agents, may potentially be involved in the production process (such as propylene glycol, glycerol, ethanol, maltodextrin or other additives).

For this reason, I wanted to know exactly what was contained in these cereals and what this ingredient actually consisted of. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed by the company, which responded by stating that the information was confidential.

The fact that the responses were vague and that the company was unwilling to provide further clarification about these undisclosed ingredients makes me think that something is being withheld.

I find it extremely disappointing that consumers are expected to consume an ingredient without being able to know precisely what it is. I believe that, as consumers, we have a legitimate interest in knowing the identity of the ingredients we are putting into our bodies, particularly when it comes to substances that may have an impact on our health.

They call it ‘intellectual property’, that’s a very elegant way to say that we won’t be able to know the origin of the chemical poisons we are introducing into our bodies and which could potentially compromise our health.

Such a strong smell and taste of vanilla in the nut and seed porridge pot. Rather nasty flavour of perfume or soap. The ingredients say natural flavouring but do not list the flavour as vanilla and it’s not mentioned anywhere on the pot. If the predominant flavour and taste is vanilla it should state this on the packaging.
I cannot trust this company to correctly list its ingredients or convey to the customer what’s in it.
