Habe am Samstags bestellt und am Mittwoch war das schon da, alles ist richtig gekommen. Ich min zufrieden min den Service

Terrible. Ordered 3 things from them just because they could deliver next week, next week they said they do not have one of 3 things and will deliver other two, week after that they said delivery will come a week after (so 2 weeks after first date was said), and in last delivery they have only 1 item. Overall terrible experience and will never contact them again.

Je cherchais des filets de harengs non fumés et marinés vinaigre + oignons. Ravie : de très beaux filets bien réguliers (pas de charpie) et vraiment délicieux.

Man muss auch mal Lob aussprechen wenn‘ angebracht ist!
Ich habe am So. 22.02. TCA 50% 50ml bestellt. Am Montag die Versandmeldung bekommen, und gestern - 26.02. war die Sendung in meiner Packstation. Verpackung war ausgezeichnet und die Abwicklung professionell! Empfehlenswert!

Viel zu lange Lieferzeit. Ich warte bereits seit 8 Tagen auf meine Bestellung. Zu den Artikel kann ich noch nichts sagen. Hoffentlich sind die wenigstens gut und machen das lange Warten wett. Falls die auch nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprechen würde ich nur einen Stern vergeben.

This online store misleads customers and fails to be transparant. They also fail to take responsibility for it. Additionally they are a Polish based company not German as they claim. In my case I only order from stores that state that they cover all custom fees. Stores generally state if they do or don't which then gives me the option to proceed with my purchase or not. With biogo they failed to mention anywhere on their website including their 'delivery costs' page that custom fees for UK residents would be the responsibility of the customer. I was therefore mislead by their lack of tranparency. I've had a similiar experience with other Polish online stores that claim to be German. All German stores I've visited state clearly if they cover custom fees or not and when things go wrong they reimburse me without quibble. Although Biogo did respond failrly quickly, they lacked any customer care and service and just told me to deal with fedex myself regarding the £56 custom fees they slapped me with even though the order had been delivered. I do not recommend this store for failure of their transparency, thus misleading me and also failure in their customer care and service. Go to authentic stores. Biogo have lost my custom and I'll be reporting them to official online monitoring services for their failure to be transparent & honest.

Ich bin begeistert von Biogo.de! Es ist der Ort, an dem ich wirklich alle Produkte für meine speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnisse finde. Ich habe dort natürliche Produkte ohne Laktose und ohne Gluten gekauft.

Das Sortiment ist beeindruckend: von einer großen Auswahl an Speiseölen bis hin zu frischem Obst und Gemüse. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Verpackung: Die frischen Lebensmittel kamen hervorragend verpackt mit Trockeneis bei mir an, sodass alles perfekt gekühlt blieb.

Obwohl die Lieferung aus Polen kommt, war das Paket sehr schnell bei mir. Biogo ist die Rettung für alle, die mit Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten zu tun haben. Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen. auch fitness.

FedEx lost my parcel or customs did, or someone did, Biogo refunded the lost parcel without quibble, ordered again with DHL delivery, items arrived today, well packed and in good condition.

Despite an unsuccessful attempt at an international delivery, complicated by customs complications, Biogo avoided any of the difficulties that might have arisen and dealt with the matter very fairly, without any cause for complaint.

Ik had 5 liter berkensap besteld . Het was vrij vlot geleverd . Ben erg tevreden! Bestel hier zeker weer . Gr uit Nederland

Didn't ship product.
Says it's delayed from the manufacturer, but still showing in stock on the website. Finally agrees to cancel the order, but keeps the money. I had to go trough PayPal to get the money refunded.

Whether or not it's deliberate scam or just people clueless of how to operate a business, that I can't tell.

Leider geht es auch mir wie allen anderen. Ich habe vor drei Wochen bestellt. Nach zwei Wochen wurde die Lieferung angekündigt. Dann brauchte sie eine weitere Woche um mich zu erreichen weil sie so schlecht verpackt war, dass sie von DHL nachverpackt werden musste. Da ich das Produkt nach einer Woche gebraucht habe habe ich es woanders noch mal bestellt. Eine Kommunikation, Stornierung oder Rückgabe gibt es bei biogo oder Chem Markt nicht. Auf Mails wird grundsätzlich nicht geantwortet. Schon das bestellsystem lässt keine Korrespondenz zu. Jetzt habe ich das Produkt doppelt aber eine Rückgabe ziehe ich nicht in Erwägung da ich keine Lust habe mich Wochen Monate oder Jahre um die Rückerstattung zu kümmern. Ich würde hier nie wieder kaufen weil es keinen kundensupport und keinen Service gibt.

Achtung! Verschicken keine Ware und keine Antwort! Kann ich nur von abraten.
