Order hasn’t been arranged for shipment after a week
I placed an order on 18/9 and until 25/9, I still haven’t heard anything about it. I tracked the order and found that it isn’t even arranged for shipping yet. Tried to contact them but couldn’t hear anything from them. Feel so frustrated.
Add-on information: received the order on 29/9 noon but there was no response from the company. I have checked my spam mailbox so I absolutely didn’t receive any email from them. The tracking had shown preparing for shipment until 29/9 morning. They left the machine outside and my neighbour brought it to me. Only at that time, the tracking changed to delivered.
I have the reasonable reason to feel frustrated when my order kept showing waiting for shipment for 11 days. This is not about I receive the good in the expecting delivery time or not. This is about customer service.
P/s: the machine is good to use, but I’m still worried about buying any other items from this website because I don’t know how to contact with them when things are going wrong.

According to Aramex tracking (MP0070846231), your parcel was delivered to your Launceston address on 29 September 2025 at 16:25, well within our estimated 3–13 day delivery window.we update tracking number on each order and ship within 24 hours! the tracking might went to your spam mails and we did respond to your email with the tracking number when you have contacted

The order was received on 17th and we shipped within 24 hours from Sydney and was delivered well before the delivery time to Launceston TAS 7250. even though we update tracking number to each account and updated you the tracking too. tmc We don't have control on delivery drivers as we use third party delivery companies. We only tell them to leave in a safe place if no one is home when we ship the goods. At least you received your order that whats matters.
