I have been on this for about 6 months and have seen good result. The team is awesome and helps guide you through the changes mentally and physically so you can live a healthier life. The group chats make it feel like a family and everyone helps encourage each other to keep up the work. They are also great for getting new food ideas to put in your meal rotations.

Not just another program! A+
Wow!! This is the program I had looked for - for years! I’ve tried many programs in the past, and while skeptical to start, I feel like this group finally tapped into my “why” and made me acknowledge and own it. For me, that was like breaking new ground, awakening something within me. That was a little over 5 months ago and it’s not letting up! My coach is great - always there for me to hold me accountable and to encourage, as well as celebrate! The app is great, easy to use. Food library is exhaustive and very comprehensive! I can’t rate this program high enough! Great vision, great program, great communication and great execution! Top notch! -Thomas P
