It a terrible product
It a terrible product. It takes forever to figure out where to place the pads. The power unit only holds for a day before it has to be charged again. The pads are finished after a few days. Save your money, get a gym membership. At $906.24 CAD you’re half way to a treadmill or peloton for your basement.
I regret everything about this purchase.

We are sorry for our delayed reply. We are currently rebuilding our support team and unfortunately, at the moment we are undermanned. We are to responding to all customer inquiries as soon as possible but sometimes this is longer than we would like.
Please note, due to a restocking issue we have had to ship the small-large wraps along with a large-x large unit. The contents of the large-x large unit is the same as the small-large unit. The only difference between them is the size of the Wraps. You do not need to send the extra wraps back to us. We would like you to try both to see which size fits best.

I thought the science was sound and placed an order on 1/20/24. 1st red flag: I received an email stating they were expecting shipping delays due to vendor issues. They sent a different size because they didn’t have the size I ordered. I received the major components on 02/01/24 and started using it right away. Unfortunately, I experienced wiring errors immediately and the system would shut off repeatedly. I reviewed the troubleshooting instructions on their website and Facebook group. No improvement. No bent pins or kinked wires on the controller. The app showed that the controller would not charge past 69%. An email was sent 02/02/24 notifying the company of the issue. No response. Another email was sent 02/08/24 and 02/10/24, again with no response. I disputed the purchase with Affirm on 02/13/2024, which is still in progress. Sent another email on 2/20/24 and “Grace” (seeming the only customer service person for the company) tells me a refund will have $128 restocking fee. What is there to restock? This is a defective product and every effort was made to communicate with BionicGym and request assistance. I was asked to submit a photo of the product before I can receive the return shipping address. Again, no further response. I will continue to get my story out there because corrupt fraudulent companies shouldn’t be allowed to stand behind terms and conditions when they treat consumers this poorly. Order at your own peril. You have been warned.

The worst customer service you can ever…
The worst customer service you can ever have, I ordered the device early January and until this day no delivery and no one would reply as to when will the device be despatched, I wrote several emails and all I got is one reply saying that there are technical problems with their 3rd party logistics company.

I purchased with high expectations
I purchased with high expectations. I received very quickly surprisingly.
I was able to easily figure out how to use it and connect to WiFi from the online videos.
Here’s where it went wrong. I used the unit for about 10 minutes, then it just stopped working. The WiFi would not connect afterwards. I contacted the company with unsuccessful results.
We finally figured out the control unit is the issue, not the WiFi. They sent me a label to return it and I have not heard from them since.
I sent them a few emails and have not heard back. My tracking number says the control unit was delivered but they were not able to leave. Most likely they are out of business or closed.
I just want answers or my money returned. My next step is a charge back to my credit card company. I’ll give you 1 more day to replay and send a new control unit. Afterwards, I’ll do a chargeback.

I Obtained the Weightloss Results I Always Wanted
First off, I’ve got a love-hate relationship with fitness. I’ve always been captivated by it and wanted to just be healthy honestly. That’s really just it. I had COVID and kidney failure In 2020 and an unhealthy relationship with food. While thankfully I was able to put both COVID, the issues with my kidneys, and my incorrect relationship with food behind me, I still needed to change in terms of my exercise. Fast forward to now with BionicGym.
I didn’t have time to exercise or go to a traditional gym because of work, but I’m finding the results great here. It has given me the confidence I need to get my physical health in order and, for me, boosted my mood and given me a positive sense of well-being. I know that a lot of people are skeptical, but I recommend to try it out. Once you do, the results will speak for themselves.

Great way to integrate exercise into a busy live
I have to say, the Bionicgym has worked for me. I am so busy with work and the pandemic got me out of the habit of exercise. My body responded very well to bionicgym so it was easy to build up the levels. My sister hasn't had as easy a response to it, so maybe it isn't for everyone. I like being able to put it on and exercise firs thing in the morning when making my coffee and checking my emails and getting on with my day and i've found I've lost a lot of weight and built my fitness level. I don't think of it as all I want from exercise, and it is exercise. I stand while doing it and build up a sweat, but that is what I want. I recommend.

I have to confess that I was surprised…
I have to confess that I was surprised by the result. I thought it would just be a device that would keep "messing around" and not have any results, but wow, I'm perplexed.
I spend the day working in front of the computer, and unfortunately I don't have much time to exercise. But with Bionic Gym, I started to feel like I was training, I got sweaty and I already lost 2 kilos in a few weeks.
I highly recommend it, I have to buy another one because my wife already wants to get hold of mine.

It really works and is worth the price
Even though I'm an active person (I run and go to the gym 5x a week), using Bionic Gym turned out to be a great complement to my workouts and calorie loss. It's easy to use, has different programs and intensities and I recorded almost 500 calories burned in 1 hour of use, in the HIIT programs (measured with my smart watch). Even using it at low intensities it is incredible to see the results. Anyway, it's definitely worth the price and unlike all other electro stimulators, what caught my attention the most about this one is the fact that it has serious scientific validation. On the company's site there are several scientific publications that prove the effectiveness of the product. Testimonials from real people are also worth seeing. I am very satisfied!
