The splicing needles weren't fit for purpose broke all of them..very poor and not made strong enough to splice..as the manufacturers are aware..shouldn't be sold as splicing as they always break

Update 20/9/21 customer had a refund on item after email was resent, hi thanks for the feedback. we have gone through and checked our emails all we have got is email from 5/9/21 for an order you placed online, before that an email on 28/4/21 that replied to regarding you like to return your order. which was ok by us to return
Delivery not on time
I can't offer this company 0 stars because this is what they deserve.I have place an order with a 24-48 hours delivery that I don't know were it is after more than 48 hours.Bad company I wish I bought all this from Amazon which has top services.I will never use this company again because they don't respect their clients.

Hi, thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear you had a bad experience, this is not how we would like to hear about our service,
On all our orders you will receive an email from us and also from the website with the tracking ref.
This is all done once the order had been dispatched in the system, the delivery is then down to the courier company.
It would have helped if you had contacted us as we do respect our customers very much to be able to help them, this is shown on our feedback on our eBay store feedback.
We have requested through Trustpilot more information from you so we can look into this more and see where the problem was.

The service I received from Birds tackle was first class. The item I ordered was pulled forward to a weekend slot as I’d payed extra for next day. All communication was very prompt and professional.
