Hi as said in the email to you, your order late thursday 6th april 2023, then we had a 4 day bank hoilday weekend, so this would been picked up by royal mail on the next available working day which will be Tuesday 11th April 2023. delivery was made by rm tracking number 4005121780009ACE52C4D this was delivered on the 16th, so where you get 16 DAYS from we have no idea. as for wrong items we have had no email/phone call about this. we have checked cctv and this is correct (Mainline Spod Pva Pellet Mix 2Kg Bucket x1, Mainline Active Ade Pellet Syrup 500ml Tigernut x1, Mainline High Impact Groundbait 2kg Activated Cell x1

Fast efficient service....

Having read good reviews about Birds Tackle on here, I recently placed an order for 3 items with them.

Soon after, they contacted me to tell me that a pair of scissors I`d ordered weren`t actually in stock, but I was instantly refunded for them, and the other 2 items were received 5 days later, and they were exactly as described.

A good service, I would happily buy from this company again.
