the staff were very untalkative and took nearly 30 minutes to receive my car after landing at 3am. I have a blackbox as i am a young driver and the car was being driven while i was on holiday (i don’t understand the need for this to occur) i can see all drives that have been completed with time stamps due to my blackbox being plugged into my OBD port. As well as this due to the manner of their driving i have recieved a warning and my score is now low and i am at risk of my insurance being cancelled.

This is a scam company!!!! Be careful—never book with them, because they never refund early cancellations, they never respond to emails to resolve issues, and they don’t have a phone number. I had to write to the relevant authorities to have their license revoked because they are not a reputable company. They even damaged my car and refused to reimburse me. Be careful!! Never use them!!! You’ll see that they won’t even respond to this review of mine, knowing the kind of people they are. They’re truly scammers.

I got stung by their free 10 min parking. I went to pay at the meter, put in my VRN and the machine advised there was no payment required (i had been there for 12 mins, so I was expected to pay, but I assumed the parking gave me 2 mins grace). It very clearly stated that no sum was owed, so I went back to my car and left. I'm now being stung with a £100 fine. Their appeals procedure is an absolute joke. You just get an automatic response saying it's been rejected and if you wish to appeal to the parking ombudsman, the fine you pay them increases. Utterly unreal and a complete sham. I've never had a parking ticket in 27 years driving, so this really grates.

Used the free 10 minute drop off at Birmingham Airport today but due to the appalling design of the exit it took us over the 10 minutes free, most of this was sitting in the queue

The queue was ridiculous and the exit was total chaos. Being charged for sitting in the exit queue because of the dreadful design is totally unjustified
Unless this was deliberate design to make everyone pay, great scam.

So…after my compliant about a theft from my vehicle while it was AK meet and greet Birmingham airport parking services have concluded their investigation. Apparently, my accusation that an item was stolen whilst the vehicle was in their care is a lie. (If I was going to claiming a theft it would have been for more than a red triangle worth £20!). Why would any of their members of staff steal a red emergency triangle!!! I replied…you have no idea what people steal and for what reason. They claim that my threats of going to the Police and my negative reviews don’t bother them. All I asked was for a manger to contact me which they haven’t, I have advised West Midlands Police & reviewed them on trustpilot. Friends of mine have already booked their car somewhere else so that pleases me! DO NOT USE…ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY, NO WONDER THIS COUNTRY IS IN SUCH A MESS WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE LIKE THIS.

Site not legit, it is a scam!! Asked for where the park and ride is located and sent a location from Ireland. Cheap scam
