From the initial conversation to booking the trip, they were patient and detailed oriented in handling the booking, trying to get us the biggest bang for our buck! Hamza was phenomenal in keeping in touch throughout the entirety of the trip and just checking in on a daily basis, making sure there weren't any issues along the way. We are so glad that was the case because we did encounter an issue with one of the hotels we were booked at and he did everything in his powers to rectify the situation.
