The worst communication of any company I've ever dealt with. . I paid them the full amount in advance . Was told it would be 7 days. It took 2 weeks for delivery and the order was short. They had our art work for 6 days before they let us know it was on the wrong templet (we corrected that over night). Was told by an owner on Thursday the order would ship the following Monday. When I called on Tuesday to check on the status , I was told by the same owner he had never promised me that and blamed the delay on the templet issue. He said he would check with the Production Manager and call me right back. No call back, and did not return any calls all week. We had mailed them a hard copy of our content and received a confirmation email that they had it. The next communication I received was an email on Friday afternoon from the above mentioned owner was that they had lost our CD and wanted me to "upload it to them again". He also stated he would be in the factory all day and email would be the best way to contact him. He had my phone #. They knew we had a release party scheduled for the next Wednesday, were already 5 days late and it was Friday afternoon. I called and got the production manager (also an owner) on the phone. I did not get the impression that the PM knew anything about our order but he assured me if I got him our CD to him by Monday he would overnight the order to me Monday night (second CD overnighted to them cost $24.00.) I asked him to call me Monday to confirm he received it and call when it shipped. He did call Monday AM to say he got the CD but did not call Monday night. I did receive the order the next day. I was shocked that the order was short. After all the issues , I thought they would send a few extra but instead I was shorted. I called and spoke to the PM. He questioned my count. He was very short with me but he agreed to send the CDs we were shorted. After two weeks and no CDs I sent him a scathing email . He replied that he had mailed me the CDs already and was "shocked" at my email. That was 10 days ago. Still no CDs. Sent another email, his reply was to tell me not to ever contact him again after my " profanity laced" email. It's now been over a month. I don't expect to ever get my CDs, but I will tell everybody I can about this horrible company. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !

This was my first experience making making a CD and it could not have gone more smoothly. The staff walked me through every step of the process and delivered my order ahead of schedule. Thanks Bison!!

Bison Disc delivered my finished CD's in a timely manner, at a GREAT PRICE. Working with the Sales Team and the Technical/Art Work Team was an enjoyable experience, for someone who had not done this before.

As a first time buyer in an area I knew nothing about, I was a bit fearful as to what I was going to receive in the end for my money. You'll have no fear! The service from start to finish was friendly, cooperative, wonderful and the end product was everything I hoped for and more... top of the line professional and matched anything you'd expect from any major music performer or producer in the country in look, sound, print, packaging, delivery. If anyone does it better, i'd be amazed.

I have used Bison Disc in Winter Park [FL] for two music CD projects and the results have been consistently excellent. Friendly customer service. Fast turn-around. Impressive quality at a reasonable price. I'd highly recommend them.

I needed to make copies of a film to distribute to a small community, something I had never done before. I wanted the quality of the film to be great while also accompanying the DVD with a beautiful case and design. That is exactly what I got. 100 beautiful DVDs, cases, and artwork, all for less than $2.25 a DVD. Also, it was such a great experience, speaking on the phone and through e-mail with one of the account managers. All in all, I can't wait to create my next film so I can go to Bison Disc to make copies.

Really easy to use from the actual live person (Barret) to the computer interface (approving mock-ups). Final product was extremely professional looking. Delivery timing was exactly the date they said. Highly recommend.

Bison Disc made this process so easy for me. I contacted them about this, my first CD project. They explained everything in detail and were patient with me. I never felt rushed or like I was just a number. Once my questions were answered and I told them what I wanted. They sent me a cost for my project based on what I requested with no hidden fees. Once I paid for the project, their work began. I received proofs of my project the following day and they were very receptive to my critique; I received the edit version(s) the same day. As I asked for over night delivery (I was will to pay the extra), from start to finish I received my competed project in about 8 days (100 jackets, CD and duplications). The CD Jackets and CD are beautiful. The duplication is great. My family and friends think I spent thousands of dollars .... Shhh, I didn't. I will use them again for my future products. When negotiations with a local duplication company fell through- I was lead to Bison Disc and it was a great experience. I was on a weeks turnaround for a fitness DVD that I had made. I needed copies for my premiere and Bison got them done on a exceptionally quick turnaround at a very reasonable price considering the rush. So pleased with the service and product. Bob was a lifesaver!

Ease of work, quick response, good communication and care.

Bison's representative was very helpful in responding to my company's needs in a timely and helpful way. They offered a very attractive price. I would use them again for media disc production.

I needed 100 copies of my CD on a spindle in a hurry and Ruth took fantastic care of me and delivered my CD's when I needed them. Bison Disc is so much easier to deal with than many other CD Duplicators/Replicators. They have my business from now on.

My band recently completed recording our latest album, and not only did we use Bison for duplicating the CDs, but they did the liner notes design as well, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Ruth took my artwork idea and fleshed out a great concept; she was responsive and friendly and took care of everything I asked. The communication was excellent and once the job was finished the project was pressed and shipped quickly. The value and low cost for the graphics work still surprises me; I've spent twice as much for not as good an end result in the past.

Bison Disc gave me nothing short of an amazing experience. I worked together with Ruth, and we were able to create a finished product within my budget and deadline. It was my first time producing an album, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for prompt, friendly, excellent service.

Ruth Talent assisted me with my rush order, acting as my sole contact for the duration of the project from the initial call through delivery (which proves very efficient.) Her responses were always quick and right to the point. The Bison Disc product is top notch. This is not my first project completed through Bison Disc, and certainly will not be the last!

Just arrived -my first CD voice over Demo -it came out so beautifully designed & packaged that I want to frame each one before sending them out-Really! that fantastic-they know what there doing. I made an order when the time come for me to pick it up I did not receive the whole amount. The rest had to be shipped to me. I went on again to make another order. My sales rep (NAME) told me that it would be done on this date. I call him on that day and it wasn't done. He then gave me another date which he couldn't met. Because I didn't pay for the order to be expedited then they just go back and forth. I don't think I should've paid for the order to be expedited because they didn't give me the first one on time neither did they give the second one. I don't if the company as a whole do business like, but (NAME) is not a man of his words at all.

I received must needed support and got a great product!
