DVD was of excellent quality and at a great price. There were some communication issues and lost emails but not sure if it was on me or them! Eventually, it was all worked out and the end product was great. I would highly recommend them

Everything was very robotic. The rep was very short and vague with my questions. Some of the things i asked for were over looked and caused problems later on. The only good thing was when i asked for my money back, they offered to waive the fee for creating a new master disc. They never sent my original master disc back to me. They sent me the wrong artwork proofs... TWICE. In the end i just told them to finish it because it was already past my CD release show date. I just wanted to get it over with.
I'm going with my friends advice and using DISC MAKERS from now on.

The company over all was is good, but my first experience was not great at all with shipping and I had to go and find thr packs 've and pick it up to have a good cd release, but the second order was better than the first.

Okay this what I told a friend who is going to order with you. Easy to work with, Can do from the ground up for you or provide every step service. They make them look totally pro for a VERY reasonable price. And they come to your door step in a fast turnaround.
We can't afford the full fledged jewel cases, but they ca do that too but thinline cases are cheesey, and now we feel more proud of our art in music because of their simple packaging and they are light weight and easy to carry around. We may have to oreder more now that we have a big district of libraries interested in ordering them. Call them. They are a lot more local than you realize. And relational people who care.

Working with Bison Disc was a pleasure. Ruth Talent went above and beyond her normal responsibilities to assist me with my project. She was so helpful with getting my graphics established properly plus the expediting of my order to meet a deadline I needed the CD delivered by. In fact, they were 4 days early.
I began my second project today and will use Bison Disc for it. I am planning to have two or possibly three more projects that I will also use them to produce. The interest and dedication to my project is what sold me on Bison Disc.

I'll rate 2 stars and 5 stripes . It seems like most times when i called, I felt this coldness. And I thought it was bad the way for any small change there was an additional fee.

You can't beat $2 a disc that is professionaly packaged and duplicated although I wish there were more detailed template instructions geared towards the client doing their own placemen and saving your fees.

The product is quality and the price is right! The service we used to receive from our old rep was fantastic and fast response. The new rep was slow to return communication and was not grooved in to the process and had me running in circles just to get a product done and shipped. Not good. I will be requesting a new rep if we decide to place a reorder from Bison again.

Bison was eager to help me get the result I wanted for this first time project. I have never used Biscon before. I found them online, had to make known the unknown so I follow my heart and decided to give them a call. I ended up sending in my projects for them to worked on. My sale rep. was friendly and patient. They did a wonderful job, I was please. Will definitely use again.
