Wonderful!! I love VeChain and I love Bitcoin. Quality of the fabric is fantastic and scanning the NFC chip for validation works like a charm. I contacted Daryl, because I accidently ordered the wrong colour and he immidiatly changed it to the the right colour. I paid this product with Bitcoin and received it in the Netherlands from England.

It’s been 2 weeks and my order still…
It’s been 4 weeks and my order still has not shipped, and it's not part of the zuby collection. I received a tracking number, but the usps said it still is waiting on the package.

Cool design, shame about the quality
Meh. Had I known I was paying £60 for a Gildan Heavy Blend hoodie with a print that looks like it's going to fade after a few washes, I probably wouldn't have purchased it. Cool design, shame about the quality.

We are happy to refund you if you are not happy noting there is still a high demand for the hoodies which sold out within hours. You have one of fifty ever to be created. A 3 star rating for our product not arriving within 6 days is a little harsh in our opinion. We would appreciate you considering changing that when your product arrives if you are happy with it.

I was invited to the zuby x vechain…
I was invited to the zuby x vechain initiative. I am a big vechain supporter and wanted to try a cool product on its blockchain. Via the link I was led to the shop and ordered two items. Only when I received the items and tried to scan the label with the app I discovered that these did not support vechain. In the shop I never saw info about that.
I like the cap but I'm very dissapointed of the process.

This was a unique product line and all of our links we used in our marketing led customers directly to the Zuby collection landing page. You say you were led to our website by a link which means you must have ventured off and purchased items from the main store which do not have NFC chips included. We are sorry for this confusion.

Great customer experience
I ordered the Bitcoin Campus zipper men's hoodie in black. The purchasing process was easy and I was able to pay with crypto. The material is super comfortable inside and out. The zipper is very robust, as are the hood's drawstrings. I really like that the hood's drawstrings are robust so that I can tie a double knot in them to prevent them from getting lost in the hood, and there are even little metal rings to help prevent the string from getting lost in the hood. The large was a little snug on me so I even got to experience BTCMVMT's customer service which was excellent when I inquired about getting an XL instead. I showed the hoodie to a fellow Bitcoiner at work and he loved it so he had to order one for himself too. I'm biased as an American but I have to also note that it was made in the U.S.A. and I love that! Thanks BTCMVMT for a great experience. I hope to find other apparel on your site in the future that I want to buy.
