Fraudsters. They charged us 1.21lakhs(including 18k GST) and didnt declare the GST invoice. So they were attempting to never declare the invoice so that they can steal the 18k GST as well. When we highlighted this they only partially declared the invoice on GST portal for only 55k, showing their second attempt to steal the money. Now we have been constantly following up with them since 3months but they are just ignoring us with empty promises and not declaring the balance invoice.
Plus they are automatically debiting credits from our account and that too for messages to third world international countries like brazil where we never run ads to. It has been over 2 months since we have highlighted this issue as well but here also they are not providing any resolution.

Beware of these thieves!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with BiteSpeed. They automatically debited money from my bank account without proper authorization, and when I reached out to them, they gave me nothing but false promises. They completely avoid taking responsibility for anything they claim they offer.

Their "AI" services? Non-existent. I was sold on the idea of cutting-edge technology, but there was nothing delivered at all. I asked for a refund and, after months of follow-ups, they gave me a partial refund—hardly what I was promised. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and they seem to have no interest in supporting their customers once they've signed you up.

No one responds after the onboarding phase, and it's clear they just want your money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these scammers at all costs!
