Worst delivery service ever !!! I’ve used them before and had a bad experience with food missing and requested a refund,never received it . Decided to give them another chance and guess what ?! Same thing happened again ! Customer support is worthless also . I see how this company is still in business, it’s from ripping people off ! I would highly recommend DoorDash then this piece a crap company

Arrived early and everything was perfect!!!

Delivery and food we ordered was great! Our delivery guy, Peyman Taeb was here with the food super fast and he was pleasant. Great contact free delivery!

The driver was wonderful! However the restraunt failed to put my sides in. Like I said the driver was great!

We use Bite squad a lot and had a few incidents, but most times (99%) have been excellent. The delivery is always on time and the drivers are very polite, friendly, and patient. They are to be commended for their service and deserve the tips they receive.

Order and delivery where great. Jersey Mikes not as much. They didn’t follow my directions on my order. I wanted just meat cheese onions and mayo. They put lettuce tomatoes and loaded it with red wine vinegar and the olive oil jersey mikes special sauce. So I’m a little upset.

I have major problems with the app. First time ordering. It wouldn't let me log in with my password. I changed my password. I ordered. I exited the app. It asked me to log in again. It wouldn't take my new password. It locked me out for 24 hrs. Meanwhile I couldn't track my order. I was angry. It needs a passcode or fingerprint identifier. I did get my food but something needs to be done to make the app easier to log into. I'm still locked out.

First time ever using Bite Squad in Jonesboro, AR. I was feeling a little under the weather and wanted some ramen, but did not want to get in the car and get it myself. I usually don't mind to pick up my own orders and don't like to pay the convenience charge of having food delivered, but again, I wasn't feeling great. Food was delivered within the suggested window of time. The delivery driver did exactly what the special instructions asked of him. The food was delivered hot and sealed. Couldn't have been smoother. I still may not use them often, but I will have no qualms ordering through Bite Squad again.

Bite Squad delivery was great. Jersey Mike’s ham sub had a human hair on it. Had to throw it out. Their steak sub had hot peppers on it that weren’t supposed to be there. Very disappointed…

The person who was supposed to deliver my food got tied up. Your help person got a young man to make it right. I don’t know what his name is, but if it is doable I’d like to send him another $10. Things go wrong. It’s how you handle it that makes the difference and you guys did well

I love this driver. This was our first time using Bite Squad and it won’t be our last. I need to be sure to leave instructions to ring the door bell because we never hear knocks but he texted and let us know our food was here and where he put it. Above and beyond! Love it!

Fast delivery and made sure everything I requested was there.
