Delivery time was good but my food was basically turned upside down. Driver could’ve just supported the food trays rather than carrying by the bag 🙃

Restaurant was great, driver was great. Unfortunately not enough to come back and continue getting screwed by Bite Squad. The entire checkout process is a joke which manages to make sure you complete your transaction before realizing they got you.

Everytime ive ordered from bite squad that past few times, I haven’t been receiving all of my phone. When I try to “get help” to speak to someone in customer service, I never get a response. I waited two hours tonight and never got a response. Very disappointed.

I won’t be use bite squad again, today was the second time my order was delivered 1 hour late. Always excuses

Bite squad delivery was great. The food delivered was bad, in fact I am feeling nauseated since eating the meal.

Today was our second time using Bite Squad. Both times we have been out of town on a trip, and didn’t feel up to going out to eat. The Squad has a broad list of options, and we have been pleased with our orders to date. Our delivery people were on time, and friendly. I will continue to use Bite Squad whenever available.

The selections from restaurants are always good. However, it would be nicer if we could customize our order more as if we are at the restaurant. I ordered from Sickies Garage today and I put no tomato for my burger, but there was no option to "add pickle" or any other ingredients. I did put a note at the bottom, but the restaurant failed to put pickles on my burger. Not sure if they didn't see the note or if they forgot?

It took 4 tries to even get my order still warm and it was late but at least I got it still warm. The first time my order never even got past the order stage and I waited about an hour and finally cancelled it. The 2nd order was late and missing part of my order. My third order was as per apparently usual delivered very late and my meat was absolutely cold. Absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever used. The only reason I placed 4 orders was to use my first time customer credit and the credit of $5 they gave me for missing food on my 2nd order. They have a very limited selection of restaurants too. I had even signed up for unlimited service but have already cancelled it. I won’t be ordering from them again. Uber Eats and Doordash have them beat Hands Down!!

My delivery was running behind because they couldn’t find a driver. However, Norman the driver that finally picked up the order quickly and efficiently. There was also no fountain drink in the flavor I ordered and he went above and beyond to bring me a half gallon of the mango lemonade I wanted! Please make sure Norman gets compensated for this!

Very pleasant experience. I admit things are hit n miss in my experience as I try new places. The salad was super yum and fresh as were the other items I ordered. Will defiantly order from here again and when the world is safe I will need to check out the brick and mortar.

The food was okay and the driver dropped off the food fast, however, waited a little while but not bad.

The driver (April) gets 5 stars. She delivered my order with grace and found my house with no problems.
