My wife thinks these are a god send she was always feeling bloated after eating but since taking these drops after food hardly gets bloated, she’s on her 4th bottle now so has good experience using it,

Have fun with itBut as the body gets used to sweet and spicy, it will also get used to bitter. In the beginning, you can also drop the drops into some water or tea. This way the taste is not as intense, but the effect remains :)

They don’t suit me at all. They cause bloating and don’t seem to improve my digestion. They make your breath really smell of alcohol. Not for me.

I take drops of a morning and of an evening. The bitter taste I like. I follow a 5/2 clean diet, so I make sure I’m hydrated, eat good food, and exercise. Together with bitterliebe I’m achieving my goals 💪

After a while the body gets used to everything :) Just like you get used to spicy or sweet, you will get used to bitter. You can always put the drops in some water, then the taste is not so intense and the effect is not lost :)

Due to the numerous bitter receptors on the tongue, bitter substances taste bitter at first. If it tastes very bitter for you, it can be a sign that your sense of taste bitter has been neglected 😉 Of course you are very welcome to dillute the drops in some water, juice or tea if they taste too strong for you at first! :) You will get used to the bitter taste in no time.
