This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I genuinely feel taken advantage of. I voiced my concerns directly to Jacob Gahfi, and it was clear he didn’t care. They’re quick to play the part of your best friend while they’re benefitting — but once the deal is done, good luck getting a response.
Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and completely disappointing. Do better.

Let’s be clear — I never defaulted. In fact, I paid you off early. So the claim that I failed to fulfill my obligation is false and misleading.
Your response is just another example of the unethical practices that define your operation. The aggressive, high-pressure tactics used to push through a deal—promising the world upfront only to completely change terms after the fact—are exactly what’s wrong with your business model.
You harmed my business by switching from weekly to daily payments without proper notice and then doubling the payment amount. That’s not just poor service — it’s predatory behavior.
Calling my honest criticism a “threat” is a weak attempt to shift blame. When a business causes damage and ignores accountability, a public review isn’t a threat — it’s a responsibility.
I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General and taking further steps to ensure others don’t fall into the same trap.

We take all feedback seriously and genuinely regret that you walked away feeling disappointed. However, it’s important to provide context.
You defaulted on your agreement after only partially fulfilling your obligation. Despite this, we extended a reasonable and fair resolution in good faith, despite having no obligation to do so.
Your subsequent communications clearly stated that a negative public review would follow if we did not meet your revised demands. Using threats of public criticism to force additional concessions is unacceptable and distorts the purpose of honest feedback.
Threats of negative reviews are not honest feedback, they’re pressure tactics, and they’re the kind of exploitative behavior that undermines honest dialogue while highlighting a lack of good faith on your part.
Our team treated you with professionalism and respect throughout, despite the breach. We believe business should be conducted with fairness and transparency, not ultimatums and threats of bad reviews.

I had a positive experience with the customer service, as the team was both courteous and efficient. The financing process was quick and seamless, which made the overall experience much more convenient. However, I have encountered an issue with the app, as it frequently crashes whenever I attempt to open it. Despite several attempts, I have been unable to log in. I hope this technical issue can be addressed promptly, as it is otherwise hindering my ability to fully engage with the service.

Easy and Straightforward funding

Great Service
Although not a fan of the MCA financing in general, WAY expensive, in a quick pinch to double normal importing prior to tariffs kicking in, this was necessary and helped bring in a lot of product that will cost our clients less. The value of helping clients by keeping pricing to pre-tariff is a lifesaver for many. Rachel whom was our rep was awesome. Other providers did not deliver as promised and one was a psycho. Rachel was well informed, fast on responses, and a genuine pleasure to deal with.
