Five Star Customer Service

Not only does my son love the clothes (quality, colors, creative details), but customer service responded so quickly when I misplaced my digital gift card and had to ask for help! I very much appreciate the customer loyalty programs as well - discounts incentivize me to buy more :)

Great Customer Service

I ordered two mystery shorts, and I forgot to add the coupon code I had. I reached out, and within 24 hours they already had applied the code to my order. Great experience. Would order again in the future

My grandson LOVES your clothing

My grandson LOVES your clothing! Grandma Claire spoils her grandchildren.
Your customer service is AMAZING. I sent an email and received an email back, not an email that said “we got your email”….but a helpful email in 2 minutes! My only issue is that you are so popular it’s like a race to order items. But that isn’t a bad thing….you guys are a great company. Keep it up….even if I go broke. LOLOL!

I had a great experience with customer service.

I had a great experience with the company. I had made a mistake on the shipping address and emailed them and they corrected the address for me. They were timely in their communication and displayed a true sense of urgency for resolving my issue.

Customer service

I needed to exchange a sweatshirt for different size, customer service was great helping me with info how to send it back. There was a delay with getting my item shipped back to me but as soon as I emailed them they realized the error and had the item shipped out. Quality of the sweatshirt is great along with past items I have bought. Definitely recommend this company for baseball swag. One recommendation is some t shirts geared to high school and college players… designs seem more suitable to younger players

I recently ordered from Baseball Lifestyle 101, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. If you’re a fan of the game or have a ballplayer in the family, this is the place to shop.
The clothing is top-tier - I picked up a few hoodies and shirts, and the fabric is incredibly thick, soft, and durable. They fit true to size and hold up perfectly even after multiple washes, which is a must for active gear.

My son’s love their clothes

My son’s love their clothes. I’ve had a couple issues with sizing or the seam coming apart but in both instances customer service has corrected both issues timely. Will continue to make purchases from them.

My nephew loves this brand

My nephew loves this brand, so ordering from Baseball Lifestyle was an easy choice. I had a small issue and was able to connect with a representative quickly. They resolved everything fast and made the whole process easy. Great customer service and a brand we’ll definitely keep supporting.

Got my son a backpack from B101 and in less than 5 months the zipper had already broken. Contacted customer service and they see nothing wrong with the issue and not willing to do anything about it. Crap quality and crap service!

We apologize for this experience. We do our best to accurate share our policies and procedures. It sounds like this item is outside of the posted guaranteed window. While we absolutely sympathize with this issue, we are not able to guarantee products indefinitely. We have found that most manufacturer defects are evident within the first 30-60 days for this item. We have been able to cover issues up to 90 days. We are unable to guarantee this product against normal wear and tear issues that occur outside of this posted window.

Dedication for satisfaction to the customer

There was a delay at the beginning on my return, but considering it was the holiday season, I can understand. What was impressive for me was that my email was returned very quickly with a sincere apology and continued contact until the issue was resolved with 100% satisfaction! The product is excellent quality and I will most certainly order again from this company for the quality but mostly for their dedication to satisfying their customers!

bait and switch, be careful

I saw an add for a youth M ice cream short on sale for $25. I clicked on it and ordered the shorts. When I received the shorts they were adult size, the old bait and switch trick. After numerous emails back and forth they refuse to credit the shipping of $10.26 which is very pricey anyway. I would not order from this company again and I would be very careful when they post sales.
The response I received doesn't address the fact that I did click on the youth medium and landed on adult size, that is not something anyone would expect. Again, do the right thing and either send the youth medium you had on sale or give me a full refund. Shame on your company!!

All youth product will say youth in the product name, and the size will have a Y in front of it. There is never a charge to exchange an item, and we cover all associated costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and this information is posted on our website FAQ. All of our policies are clearly stated on our website and are accessible to customers before they place an order.
