Great brand
Yes, the products are a pricey, but the quality is truly top notch! I have all boys and every single piece has held up in baseball practices and multiple washes. I had an issue and customer service was quick and helped me fully with my issue. Can't say enough good things about this brand!

We love this brand so much
We love this brand so much, and recently I made a purchase and ordered a youth medium instead of a large. I sent an email with my confirmation number and got a response back immediately. They were able to cancel the order, and when I placed the new one I emailed them that confirmation number and they refunded me for paying shipping for that
Order to make up for the shipping I paid for the new order. Great customer service and great brand!

Resolution to an issue
I purchased multiple slides for my son and ran into an issue. B101 resolved my issue so quickly and efficiently. I purchase from them so frequently and am never dissatisfied! Great products, great company!

The clothes I ordered were very high quality! Had an issue with a missing item from my order and they responded within minutes and replaced the item, with absolutely no hassle. My son loves their clothes and I will definitely be ordering again!
