Black Biscuit Opiniões

Bought a pair of men's hockey pants for an adult son and he couldn't be happier with the size, fit, design style, and quality!

We had Jon as our sales rep and I'm not sure where to begin. From beginning to end jon always had a quick response with all my questions. All I had for jersey idea was a few pictures. After trying to explain to jon my "vision" his design team created the perfect jersey for our team. The price is fair and the delivery was quicker than promised. This is the third time we have used black biscuit and I'm sure when the time comes we will use them again. Thank you again for dealing with me.

Buying direct, gave better choice options than what was available from general retail sites.

Easy to order and sizes are true a fit Great!!!!

John was great to work with.

Great product, excellent service and delivery.

Customer service was great. I had emailed them due to the fact that we ordered the pants and it still was not shipped about a week later. They checked into it and it was shipped almost immediately. It took a little longer then expected but just in time for my sons first hockey game! Along in the package was a thank you and sorry written on the package slip. Not many places do that. My son loves the pants and we can’t wait to try them out in his first game on 9/29/24.

Great support for tunnel to towers
Was at the MRM golf outing at Crystal Springs in NJ. At the 1/2 way house they were selling hockey jerseys for T2T
The design and price was great. Ease of payment and prompt delivery was exceptional

My inline pants started to rip after a couple months of use. The company sent a replacement pair with no problems. Will definitely recommend Black Biscuit for inline pants and will be ordering from them again.

Seamless experience, great communication, fast turnaround time. Highly recommended.

Been wearing bb pants for 20 years. I finally gave in and replaced my oldest pair this week. I received a pair that fits perfectly. I was a little concerned because they're so light... My old pair you could have probably thrown through a car windshield they were so heavy! No issues though so far with the new construction. Still the best in the biz.

Jon at Black Biscuit did right by us throughout the whole process. Our team couldn’t be more stoked to start the playoffs in our new threads! Bad News Biscuits are Black Biscuit customers for life!

The original pants I ordered were the wrong size, so I was able to call and speak with someone directly about getting a different size sent as well as a return label that I could print out and put in the mail that day. Super customer service!

Great hockey pants. Only thing I would recommend is some sort of small pocket for keys or phone ….

Design of these pants was awesome. The belt and the Velcro around the bottom of the legs. I am a little taller and XL was the largest size offered. They could be about 4" longer on me

There was a stock issue and shipping issue. They handled it well and got items shipped asap.

Black Biscuit has been an OG standard in the roller hockey scene for 20 plus years.

Back in the day if you rocked BB you were the cool kid on the team. Nothing has changed. Still that brand today!

Great experience. I needed these hockey pants for a birthday gift for my grandson. I only had five days for them to arrive and they arrived the day before the birthday! You kept me up to date on the delivery time and when it was delivered. Great job! I will be ordering from you again if this family of three boys who play hockey requests something from you! Thank you!

The communication from Black Biscuit was astounding. The delivery was prompt and the item arrived as described by the ad and photos.

Quick turn around, I got the pants 5 days after order. Was kept in the loop and the pants were exactly what was ordered.
