Ich muss leider meinen zunächst positiven Eindruck der Agentur ändern. In meiner Abwesenheit hatte ich als Makler vertrauensvoll meine Objekte, die ich im Auftrag hatte, an Black Brick gegeben als Gemeinschaftsgeschäft mit hälftiger Teilung der Provision, da ich mich in Deutschland einer Operation und Reha unterziehen musste. Bei meiner Rückkehr jetzt, ist eines der Objekte vermittelt , und man möchte nun die Provision unterschlagen. Auch noch eine deutsche! Maklerin präsentiert mir, dass ich leer ausgehen soll trotz Vertrag. Keine Empfehlung! Für mich ab Heute total unseriös! Die Eigentümerin der Villa wusste darüber nichts und war ebenfalls schockiert.
