very helpful at replying quick about my questions. Product is amazing can’t fault it at all and easy to put together

Myself and husband ordered 2x separate machines, same day, same time.
One was dispatched the next working day.
The other delayed by a week. Arrived and sat in storage for a month while we renovated our current gym.
Came to fit the machine to find that 3 key pieces were missing. One being a cable pulley...for a cable machine.
Contacted via email multiple times. No response. Contacted via whatsapp, no response.
Wasnt until we found a different contact number from a facebook page that we spoke to someone. They assured us the emails.had never reached them, but if we sent on to a dofferent address they would tend to it personally.....sent twice since then. That was 2 weeks ago and still, nothing .
Considering weve spent best part of 1k between us, its really poor service. No acknowledgement, nothing.
Definitely wont be a returning customer thata for sure. I wouldnt waste your money.

I've dealt with BlackBear a few times recently. Very helpful and friendly. Advised what weights would suit me and delivery was fast. I would highly recommend BlackBear.

Great piece of kit. Very sturdy. Arrived promptly. Took two people about two hours to assemble trying to fathom the pictures. We did it but the instructions have been more detailed

My stand arrived and seems to be poor quality. Ive not received my 9kg weights or 5kg weights and I’ve just realised they’ve sent me 7kg and 8kg marked dumbbells but when I weighed them they’re both 7kg. 🤦‍♀️ I’ve email them twice trying to resolve the issue and still haven’t receive a response. Will not be using again and will escalating this further.

I contacted Anthony on Marketplace and he was able to expertly guide me to select the correct package for my home gym set up.
