Put someone in shipping that knows how to ship to home.
1st shipment 2 yrs ago went without hitch. This one total flop, shipped to wrong town with severe limits on time for pickup 1.25 hr drive then tried to say my location is remote. I even remind them some shippers were picky and who to use. Total crap.

Online site doesn't specify what wheel seat type it is and customer service is not knowledgable or doesn't help at all.

First customer service agent I got matched with didn't message me at all and just ignored me for 30 minutes. Second agent kept not confirming whether a wheel I wanted was a flat seat or ball seat or if it will fit on my car. Product page doesn't even have product number for me to check on manufacturer's website to confirm.

This whole interaction left a terrible taste in my mouth and ended up buying from PMC Tire for an even better price and service. PMC Tire was even able to double check fitment and reply to my email on the weekend before my order started being processed.

Fast and prompt service, ordered and delivered in 3days to Nova Scotia. Great price.

False advertising — the tires are NOT M+S.

I ordered M+S tires from this website. The product page clearly stated the tires were M+S rated. When they arrived, there was no M+S marking or logo anywhere on the tires. I took them to a Canadian Tire shop for inspection, and they completely failed the tire inspection. The listing was outright false advertising.

I contacted their online customer service to resolve this. I waited hours for a reply, and when they finally responded, they closed the chat before I even had a chance to discuss a solution.

I then emailed the company directly. It has been over ten days with no reply at all.

Terrible shopping experience.

Order 202077227. Delivery was quick but the wrong tires were delivered. My shipping label was attached to the wrong tires in their warehouse. To get it sorted I had take photos and send to blackcircles, then wait for an email. I had to print out labels (which required a trip to my office on a stat holidy) and attach to each tire, then wait until they were picked up before they would ship me the correct tires--the tires I already paid for. Basically, I was forced though an awkward return process, based on their error. There is no expedited service when they make a mistake. Once they received photos they could have shipped the correct tires. I asked if they could do that and my question was ignored. Very frustrating and no empathy from customer service, just templated responses. Still waiting. Will not order from Blackcircles again.

Second time purchasing tires from Blackcircles and it won't be my last. Website purchase was super easy and quick. Got my confirmation order and receipt right away. Delivery was estimated to be up to 5 days however I got my tires THE NEXT DAY! They have a large list of brands for different budgets and some brands even have promotional discount codes available at check out for additional savings. I highly recommend this company for all your tire and wheel needs.

Ordered tires on Tuesday, received them on Saturday.
Delivery stated within 1 to 5 business days so was not expecting them on Saturday. Luckily, I was home.
The winter tires came as ordered & wont know how well they will perform until winter arrives but the reviews are positive.
My only complaint is that there was no tracking so had no idea exactly when the tires would arrive. Tracking would have given a 5 star rating. Just a thought

I bought two sets of tires from them. The tires I received were already old, manufactured in 2021, but I had to install them because I was leaving on a trip.

One of the tires also appears to have a manufacturing defect. It keeps losing air, and I have already spent a lot of time and money getting it inspected and repaired.

I contacted them hoping they would either replace the defective tires or properly handle the warranty. I ended up speaking with four or five different people because almost every time I spoke with someone, they would go on vacation afterward and I had to explain the situation again to someone new.

Eventually, one person called me and said they could replace all four tires. Shortly after that, I received an email telling me to submit everything through their website instead, and now they are saying they will not replace them and that my only option is the warranty process.

I had already explained that I tried using their website, but it does not allow me to continue unless I select "vibration fault," which is not the problem with my tire.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. The initial savings were not worth the amount of time, money, and effort I have spent dealing with old tires, a defective tire, repairs, and inconsistent customer service.

I bought 4 all terrain tires 10 months ago with a two year warranty. The sidewall belt let go in one of the tires. I was going to submit a warranty claim but Blackcircle said that I had to purchase a new tire first so I did with the expectation they would refund me what I paid. After sending a dozen pictures of the defective tire on and off the rim plus pictures of it being destroyed, black circle reimbursed me the cost that I paid for the original tire which was cheaper than the one they made me buy. Plus I’m out the cost of having the tire put back on my rim. At the end of the day, the defective tire was 10 months old, very little tire wear and it cost me an extra $80 to have it replaced. Doesn’t make and sense to me at all, I agree with lots of photos and destruction of the defective tire but they should have simply sent me a new tire and paid to have it installed.

Tire prices on this site were the lowest I found when shopping around for winter tires. I like the ease of use of the website. The ability to search tires by size and season, or brands makes finding exactly what you want quick and easy. They have tons of well known brands as well as lesser known brands for budget shoppers. Once my order was placed the shipping was prompt! I ordered tires on a Wednesday morning, and by Saturday the tires were delivered to my front door. Which I also loved so convenient!

I purchased NEW tires but received tires 4+ years old.

2 tires were closer to 5 YEARS OLD.!

Not satisfied with double talk and excuses.

What an exceptional experience I had with Blackcircles. The biggest differentiator for me was the communication, availability, and logistics on getting my tires done. Even when the installer we chose was non-responsive, they called me to let me know and found me a new installer right away....KUDOS to putting you client first.

Best prices in Canada unless someone has a clearance sale, great selection and very fast delivery. I ordered 10 pm Tuesday and had the tires by 11 am Thursday.
