I've had the Athena chair a few days now and I absolutely love it. I had previously ordered a Razer chair and it was so firm and uncomfortable (I can't handle aggressive lumbar support) that I returned it and decided to bite the bullet and buy a more expensive chair. The Athena was well worth the extra price. Super comfortable, well made, arrived quickly, and was easy to put together. I really like the lumbar pillow since you can use it as you like and it's not built into the chair. The headrest is great for the same reason and I really like the magnetic design.

I recently picked up the Blacklyte Athena Pro and I’m genuinely impressed. I was looking at Secretlab for a while, but the price was hard to swallow. This chair gives you the same premium feel—magnetic head pillow, 4D armrests, and a super sturdy wheelbase—for a much better price.

The assembly was a breeze (took me about 20 mins) and they even include a pair of gloves so you don't smudge the materials. The cold-cure foam is firm but supportive, which has already helped with my back pain during long work shifts. Highly recommend if you want luxury without the "brand name" tax.

The two upper bolt holes for the backrest were milled wrong from the factory. I had to force the bolts into these holes. Upon contacting support, they wanted me to somehow prove that these bolts (which will never move again) were forced in, therefore did nothing for me. The chair itself is not bad, but because of the poor support, I will never buy from them again.

Customer service is top notch more then I could ask for in a company had a small issue and the level of service to correct it was beyond my expectations the Blacklyte Athena is amazing. More color options would be a suggestion for future models I’ll be keeping my eyes open when it’s time to order a replacement in the future

I’ve been using this gaming chair for a short time so far, but I have to say I really like it. The delivery was very fast, which was a great start. The chair looks amazing and feels very comfortable right from the first use.

Of course, I’ve only had it for a little while, so I can’t speak about long-term durability yet, but up to this point I definitely don’t regret the purchase. It was a good decision.

The only small downside is that there’s no team logo version of the lumbar pillow – I would happily buy one if it were available. It might also be a nice idea to consider offering matching footrests in the future.

Absolutely love my chair! Built extremely well, and the adjustable arms and magnetic headrest are great features that just enhance the experience whether is for a long gaming session or just having to sit through online meets or working from home.

There was a small dent in one of the knobs that was purely from delivering but it was replaced with no issues at all from the support staff.

From the customer service to the product everything was perfect. Love the atlas desk to my Athena Chair. It’s very comfy. I recommend them. Would love to work with them in the future.

After my exchanges with customer service, a solution was quickly provided for an issue encountered, and their responsiveness deserves recognition.

The desk itself is impressive — massive, solid, with a successful design and high-quality LEDs. The rear storage compartment allows for clean and efficient cable management with a huge amount of space. The lifting mechanism is stable, quiet, and pleasant to use. The magnetic mat is decent, although the stitching is not perfectly straight and a few threads may fray. Nevertheless, it gives the desk a very “premium” finish and feels good to use. Even though my gaming setup is not yet finalized, it completely transforms the space and delivers a professional feel with its solid and high-end presence.

[Shipping]
The package arrived in perfect condition and the assembly process was clear and enjoyable. However, the shipping tracking could be improved. The tracking service via the Shop app lacked precision, but the delivery date was respected once the item was shipped. Thanks to the support team for keeping me informed during my inquiries.

[Application]
The application seems limited for now, with a restricted game selection, few AI features, and the inability to create custom LED profiles. It still offers several modes, and the overall experience remains unique.

[Expected Improvements]
The desk’s potential is obvious from the moment you open the box. To earn its missing star, I would like to see a wider variety of accessories available on the Blacklyte website, such as more magnetic options, a headphone holder, a mountable drawer, or additional ways to make the desk more customizable, for example different mat styles.

In conclusion, I like this desk and use it every day with pleasure. I am looking forward to seeing what Blacklyte has planned next, as it clearly has strong potential. That said, its price may be slightly high for what it currently offers.

Last December, at the StarLadder Major, we had the chance to visit the Blacklyte booth and try the Athena Pro chair in person. It immediately caught our attention.

I had been thinking for quite a long time about what kind of chair to buy for my son. I looked at several brands, but without a showroom it’s difficult to make a confident decision. That’s why this event was such a great opportunity – we could finally see and test the Blacklyte products ourselves, and we were impressed right away.

The event itself also left a strong impression on us, so I decided on the spot that I would order the Budapest Major Event chair for Christmas. It arrived shortly after the holidays, and I have to say – it was absolutely worth the wait.

The chair came very well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was quick and straightforward; it took about half an hour in total. They even included assembly gloves in the box, which shows great attention to detail and thoughtful preparation.

Since then, the chair has truly become the centerpiece of my son’s room. More importantly, his comfort has changed completely compared to his previous chair. It was an excellent choice, and most importantly, my son is extremely happy with it.

Bought the Rainbow Six Siege 10th Anniversary Edition Chair (Athena Pro). So far one of the Best Chairs I ever had. I love the Details that are Stitched into the Lether. I just love the Chair.

The desk and chair are very good quality, I ran into some shipping issues but customer support is very responsive and helpful. I was in contact with a real person and they resolved everything promptly. I would definitely recommend 10/10

Bought during Valentin’s sale delivered free in two working days. Athena pro black gaming chair purchased and it excellent sturdy comfortable, (friend has a secret labs chair and that’s like sitting on a slab lol)
Was concerned about the size but glad it was large in size compared to my old gt racer chair. More seating options. Seat fins nice and soft so cross legged or legs akimbo is no issue.
Really happy with purchase will have no problem recomending.

I like the chair a lot it’s comfy I prefer the normal Athena not the pro since I don’t use the lumbar feature very nice having normal version the customer service is amazing and way better than competitive brands I had experience with other brands big names but these guys are on the right path
