Product with top quality materials, very easy to assemble (even alone).
I ordered it in Italy and the shipment has been quite slow. But it has been more a shipping company fault.
I suggest BlackLyte to put more attention on the shipping process.
By the way, BlackLyte's customer care has been very quick to respond and very polite.

I ordered a gaming chair and initially had some issues with one part of the chair that was constantly making a loud squeaking noise. After contacting customer support, we worked together to identify the problem, or rather the source of the issue.

Blacklight first sent me a replacement frog mechanism, but unfortunately that didn’t fully solve the problem either. After that, the support team asked me to send them a video so they could take a closer look and properly diagnose the issue. I did so, and shortly after, they sent me new wheels.

Everything happened within a very short timeframe. Outstanding customer support! I can highly recommend both the chair and the company.

We recently purchased a gaming chair from this company, and my son absolutely loves it. My son asked for a lumbar pillow for a holiday gift. During the process of ordering, there was a small issue where the lumbar pillow was ordered twice. What really stood out was how the customer support team handled it. They worked with me promptly and professionally to find a solution for the extra pillow, turning what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one.
Their customer service was responsive, understanding, and genuinely focused on making sure we were satisfied. We’re extremely happy with both the product and the support we received, and we truly appreciate the effort they put into correcting the issue in a way that worked for everyone.

Hello once again. This is my second review of blacklyte. The first review was about the LED display that i ordered and if your interested in that one, go check it out. But straight to the point.

The chair it self looks good and seems to be made from good fabrics. Also the mechanics are decent and its quiet.

From what ive used it in the last weeks my back has been hurting ever since. I contacted the customer support but they werent much help but still tried, so props to them. The pillows that come with this specific chair are also good, but too soft. If you put any weight on them they will get small and it ends up that as a heavyer person as my self they dont support your back as much. Ive tried all different positions of the pillows and all possible ways but it still doesnt seem to help. It starts hurting about 5 minutes in and 45 minutes into sitting it becomes unbearable.

The customer support has been great. They answer really quickly and are professional.

This chair doesnt fill the expectations and the price point its set at. Also when building the chair, the instructions were good, but it was a bit hard to understand, since some of the screws were already in the chair wich was confusing. Also the backrest was hard to put together as a single person building it.

Blacklyte shipping times werent too good either. And the options of shipping were a few to none.

I can say I had a great experience with them.first a small plastic part from the chair was damaged on the delivery but they promptly replaced it. Second issues was with the gas cilindre and again the promptly send a replacement. Good customer service and great product

The company is disastrous and ridiculous. I bought the top products for their webshop, and a few days later I asked if they could give me a number for abuse or tracking. It wasn't indicated on the website, it was only added after the complaint, and even then it was all in small letters.okay, I accepted, I thought it's okay, just come on.. They told me that it would arrive in their warehouse in the middle of Nov and send it out on Dec 1.
Of course, nothing happened, I had to, I asked but 4 of them asked what the situation was... Then came the answer that there is a delay and it will arrive only on December 25 in their warehouse and they will send it out in the order of the order. Well, of course, you will send it at Christmas and who knows when you will receive it. Thank you, but no.

Money back.. Now I'm waiting for the refund. Meanwhile, I ordered the chair from secretlab and was immediately sent with the tracking number and 5 working days for delivery. Leave it at that, throw a 100 on it and you'll get a top quality secretlab chair. And the company doesn't even understand how they think that I will wait 3 months for a chair. 😂🤣

Had ordered a chair, it came in damaged, didn't blame anyone, stuff happens in transit, I get it..customer service was super cool, super smooth and after a few pictures of it, I had a new chair on the way...very easy to deal with👌

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach eine gutem Gamingchair, natürlich kommt man da an den üblichen Verdächtigen wie Noblechair, Secretlab, DX Racer ect. nicht vorbei. Ich wollte aber mal was anderes und da hab ich Blacklyte entdeckt unter anderem deswegen da ich sehr viel Counterstrike spiele und Tuniere schaue denn dort benutzen sie seit geraumer Zeit alle die Stühle von Blacklyte und was soll ich sagen… Nach der Bestellung am Montag war der Stuhl schon am Freitag bei mir, sehr sicher Verpackt und der Aufbau war extrem einfach, da fast alles schon vormontiert war, dass hab ich so auch zum ersten mal gesehen, der Aufbau dauerte daher maximal 10 Minuten, da habe sie sich auf jeden Fall was dabei gedacht. Alle Materialien sind sehr hochwertig und fühlen sich qualitativ sehr hochwertig an, dazu kommt noch das extrem leise doppelte Silikonrollen dabei waren, dass bin ich so auch nicht gewohnt. Was soll ich noch sagen, im Stuhl sitzt es sich richtig angenehm das Kopfkissen ist aus Memoryfoam und fühlt sich klasse an. Der Stuhl riecht nicht unangenehm nach Chemie (vom Stoff her).

Und ganz wichtig für mich: man fühlt sich auf der Sitzfläche durch die Wangen nicht eingeengt und das gute ist, die Wangen an der Sitzfläche flachen nach vorne hin ab sodass man auch mal etwas breitbeiniger sitzen kann ohne das die Wangen in den Oberschenkel „stechen“.

Alles in allem sehr hochwertiger Stuhl der auf jeden Fall weiter empfohlen wird wenn man nicht auf die üblichen verdächtigen zurückgreifen möchte die im Preis teilweise sogar teurer sind. Habe den Stuhl für 399€ geschossen im Blackfridaydeal und bin rundum zufrieden.

I accidentally filled out and old address for shipping and bought my desk. I realized it on my receipt. I sent an email out expecting a response in the next few days and was preying they would see it in time. I had a response within 5 minutes and problem was solved. I am excited to get the desk setup. If the customer service was that good I can't only imagine the product is going to be amazing as well. Thanks so much!

Had an issue with the piston slowly going down, within contacting the online chat agent, to sending in video/pic of issue and a replacement part being confirmed requested took about 15 mins. Excellent service and customer service,

Recline lever appeared bent when chair arrived. Was almost flush against the chair. But it still seems to fully function, and was easily bent slightly outward with care so that I can recline with no trouble. Would suggest better shipping protectiin for this part of the chair. Other than that, I have throughly enjoyed this chair. Would recommend.

Great chair! Worth every penny. Looks great and is extremely functional for game play. A must have in my opinion.

This was my first high end chair and I looked and looked for weeks, so many options it was mind boggling.
