Great little store, very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have visited the shop and purchased via the eBay live streaming, I have had a great experience every time. The shop is a beautiful location and has good stock of Pokemon products and the staff were very helpful. Online I have requested cards and most of the time they have it in stock and good price. Delivered in good time and well packaged.

An extremely friendly and knowledgeable place. A smaller store but this means a much more personal approach, they have a mix of new English and Japanese, singles, bulk and graded. They have stock for new releases and are fair with prices. They also have a great ebay community with live steams. Truly our favourite place for pokemon items whether buying selling or looking for advice.

This is my go too shop if i ever need anything! the owners are so nice and welcoming, always welcome to help with any questions and always up for a chat! so kind and so helpful:)

Regular eBay live viewer/buyer for Pokastore. The cards they have are excellent and you always see ones you didn’t know existed. On the stream you get to see condition and the pricing is always fair and they are not ripping anyone off. Cards are always delivered securely and come as shown on screen. The community online is also excellent and friendly as well. I would highly recommend buying Pokémon cards from pokastore

Great hidden gem. Staff are always extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Awesome community. Ebay streams always run very smoothly and online purchases are very straightforward with great communication throughout. Prices are very reasonable as well across all platforms and in store.

First time buying from this company.
I'd been watching a card listed on their website for around 3 months, and decided to finally buy the card, along with a few other items (since I'm paying for tracked shipping I may as well make use of it, right?). Fast forward and my item is dispatched, no problem... one day later I received an e-mail saying "some of your items had been refunded". Confused I check the e-mail and it's the one expensive card from my order (the other items were cheap and I could've easily found elsewhere but, like I said, I wanted to make use of the shipping, and wasn't spending the limit for free shipping).
I did e-mail and the the person who replied was helpful, but to find out they list items on multiple places urked me, and that I wasn't notified of the missing item until AFTER it was posted out, so I didn't have a say on whether I still wished to continue with the order.
I've been told changes will be made, but I suggest, if you see a singe card in stock, you contact them before making the order, to save disappointment.
I am also being refunded the shipping for the shipping, but I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

Order delivered quickly, the whole ordering process was quick and easy and my daughter is made up with her pokemon box

Overall, the experience was fine, but the identity check on purchase (because I wanted the delivery to my work place) was odd. Also, might I suggest you use Shop's additional anti-fraud features to do this. Sooner or later the ICO may review, and my opinion would be they would take issue with current methods.

Always a pleasure buying from this company, quick postage and very well packaged, always telling people about pokastore when I'm queuing up outside Smyth's and Costco.
