Guy from black sheep has been very helpful, always there when needed, very polite and helpful

I have had the misfortune to deal with Black Sheep Utilities resulting in a 5 year deal that could put us out of business they have negotiated for us a deal with British Gas that is 26% higher than we currently pay when there is deals about that are available on a 5 year deal that would have saved us 10% (Gazprom) on our current rate. They pressurised me at the time to do a verbal contract that I understand I cannot get out of!

Just renewed electric supply contract with Phil. All went very well and smoothly. Always helpful and easy to deal with.

Very pushy, used them once, never again, just let you know the best prices that suit them not giving you comparisons with other companies say on standing charges etc. Have written this review as despite yesterday telling them no interest in dealing with them ever again, sent me an email with their latest prices with an energy supplier I had told them that I did not want to deal with! You couldn't make it up!
I have passed on my details to Black sheep as requested but guess what? No response! No surprise!

Black Sheep requested an opportunity to quote for our business energy even though
we are still in contract until November 2021.
When our current agent heard of their interest in the account they put forward a new three year 3 year deal starting Nov 21
slightly dearer than our present deal and advised us to take it. Black Sheep quoted
us a three year deal from Nov 21 saving by comparison usage £750 over three years.

We have been bombarded with emails to sign an agreement despite never having solicited this companies' services - have tried to unsubscribe but still keep on receiving them.
We have decided to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner!

Excellent service from Ellie, most helpful and efficient

Constantly sending emails asking me to sign a permission letter to transfer my utilities to them despite never having had any contact with them. Scammers, be aware!

UNDERHAND/PUSHY TACTICS
I have just received an email from Black Sheep via DocuSign with all my details filled in and stating "as discussed please sign the attached" I opened and read the document which was basically a permission letter handing them the rights to look after our utilities, I can confirm I have never spoken with this company or asked them to act on my behalf so you could understand my surprise in receiving this totally out of the blue request!

Everytime I have to update our energy contracts at work I feel confident that I am getting the best deal. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and explain how it works. Thank you

This company do not accept a No and keep hassling by using no id on phone calls - please accept No I do not want to deal with you.
A No means No however you try and fluff it up offering lower prices.
