Terrible Experience
It genuinely pains me to write a negative review — something I never do — especially for what seems to be a great product. But my experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster.
I ordered a pair of simple black loafers in January with a promised delivery date in March. March came and went, and I received a new promise for April. Then April passed, and another delivery date was set for May, accompanied by a public apology from the owner via email, social media, and even Reddit, stating all outstanding orders would ship within 30 days. That gave me hope, especially since I needed these shoes for a wedding at the end of May.
But once again, the shoes didn’t arrive. What’s worse, the owner deleted his public promises and began scrubbing negative comments from Instagram, showing a clear lack of accountability.
After hearing nothing for weeks, I finally requested a refund — and, predictably, got no reply. I initiated a chargeback, and only then did they reach out, asking me to reverse the chargeback and promising shipment the week of 6/21. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and not harm a small business, I complied.
Now it’s late June, the shoes still haven’t arrived, and I was just informed they no longer even have my size in stock — despite me ordering six months ago. I’ve once again been met with radio silence from customer service, and I am currently out $350 with nothing to show for it.
The product might be great, but the customer experience has been abysmal — slow communication, broken promises, and, frankly, shady business practices. At this point, I would strongly caution anyone against ordering from this company. They’ve wasted my time, missed multiple deadlines, and left me empty-handed.
