Just had a conversation with the owner of the company with ref to an item missing from my order.
A misunderstanding on my part. Problem has been rectified and I have been assured I will receive it next week.
It's refreshing to see a company that will engage explain and solve the issue even when I was mainly at fault.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Ian was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process—friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. He made everything straightforward and kept me informed every step of the way.
