The VPN doesn't work on Windows, and on my phone the connection keeps falling out! They're like scammers: they link a bank card that you can't unlink! The auto-payment turned itself back on after I turned it off! And to delete the account, you have to waste time writing to customer support, who never responds!!! It's a real nightmare!!! Now I'm afraid to put money on the card! ||||

несмотря на то, что 2 апреля у меня был сбой работы VPN на ПК "ошибка подключения" и техподдержка не смогла ответить оперативно, я поставила 5 звезд. Я понимаю нагрузку в эти дни усилившейся борьбы государства с VPN. Кроме этого эпизода все работает штатно.

Много стран, есть обход белых списков. Стабильная скорость.
Минусы - хотелось бы обход бс в приложении (сейчас нет). Так же при выборе обхода бс в России по ссылке подписки все сервера превращаются в Extra. Хотелось бы чтобы был выбор между обычным серверами и Extra - White list.
И так же побольше скорости /поменьше пинга. Ip tv зависает, к сожалению.
Остальное все хорошо. Стабильный сервер с хорошим выбором серверов.

Works fine in Russia if apply all the instructions provided by support. The only service I know capable to bypass 'whilelist' blocking on mobile networks. Please, keep going, f##k RKN!

The service is terrible. Of their 30 locations, only one connects, and the internet speed is reduced tenfold. I tried to get a refund within a day of payment, but technical support simply ignores me and doesn't respond. Please contact me for a refund. I highly recommend this. If you're looking for a stable VPN, this is definitely not the company for you.

Funny VPN. To make it work even half-decently, you have to enable so-called "extra settings" in your personal account, but even with them the speed on all locations doesn't exceed 10 Mb/s. Without these extra settings it's completely unusable. Meanwhile, the website proudly displays a banner claiming everything works perfectly and wonderfully, no issues whatsoever. Support naturally completely ignores messages about the problem. Don't waste your time and money on this piece of junk.

Но когда настали совсем смутные времена с интернетом в России, а так-же необходимостью обхода белых списков - тут-то всё и посыпалось ...
Да есть множество различных конфигураций под определённого провайдера, но конкретно моего нет.
В телеграмме поддержка никакая .. там просто авто-бот, который обещает связать вас со специалистом в течении 48 часов) Но этого конечно не происходит.
Когда их помощь особенно понадобилась - они отвернулись ...
Настоятельно рекомендую всем поискать что-то иное.
Мою проблему решил очень дешёвый по сравнению с blancvpn сервис.

Не отвечают на запрос о возврате средств в течении 30 дней, как у них это заявлено. Все сообщения просто игнорируются и специально тянут время.

I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with Blanc VPN.

When signing up, they advertise unlimited connections, which sounds very appealing. However, in reality, this is not true. Through the dashboard, you can generate a maximum of 5 WireGuard configurations per server. After that, you get a message saying that if you need more configs, you have to contact support.

I reached out to support and received 5 additional configuration files. Unfortunately, they were clearly broken - all of them had the same client IP address, making them unusable or causing conflicts.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of response from customer support. I’ve been trying to reach them for two days via email, Telegram, and live chat, but I’m being completely ignored.

Summary:
- “Unlimited connections” is misleading
- Technical implementation is questionable
- Customer support is unresponsive

I would not recommend this service if you expect reliability and proper support.

Удивлен, что на некоторых серверах не работал gemini, дескать, вашей стране закрыт доступ (напр.литва). В целом , на 3й день нашёл беспроблемный сервер и нареканий нет вообще.

I've been using this service since back in the day (spring 2022) when it wasn't called BlancVPN, but F#ck_RKN. RKN is the government agency in Russia that blocks everything on the Russian internet. Initially, the name won me over, and I paid for a subscription just to support a new company with a clearly great sense of humor. But it turned out the creators built an excellent service, and the support team is on top of it: a few times when I had issues setting up VPN clients, help arrived quickly. These guys offer a relevant list of connection protocols: vless, outline. Just in case, they have OpenVPN and WireGuard too. The list of locations is extensive: plenty of European countries, a couple of US locations for Netflix and such, and a server in Russia for Russian expats abroad. Plus, many other locations in Asia, etc. You can pay via Telegram, with Visa, MasterCard, and Russian Mir cards. The website has ready-to-go configs for Keenetic routers. Recently, the service released its own proprietary app for connecting to the VPN. Under the hood, it's a modified VLESS that handles Russian censorship really well. I highly recommend this VPN service.

ВПН в базе не проходит верификации у google/jb/netflix из-за чего если у вас есть подписка на условный gemini pro - blanc вам не поможет (для jetbrains можно и в минус уйти при отзыве лицензии). Локация для доступа к российским ресурсам - работает 50/50. И это при том, что подписка по стоимости выходит как vps с более белыми адресами (хоть и не будет выбора "множества локаций").
Саппорта нет от слова вообще, при заявленном среднем времени ответа в 4 часа - по факту полный игнор, как в тг, так и на офф сайте. Про возврат средств в целом интересно. Стоило написать в их чат про проблемы и просьбу возврата средств, как чат на сайте перестал работать под предлогом тех. работ (совпадение?), при этом при определенных условиях он все же открывается. По ходу придется делать чарджбек через банк.
По итогу реклама и только.

The VPN isn't working with my router. Support hasn't responded for over a day. I requested a refund and a subscription cancellation, and now even the chatbot isn't responding.

The website says 30-day returns. I tried to change the refund within an hour of purchase because their VPN doesn't work with Google Labs. Refunds are not provided, even though they quickly checked before the purchase and made sure that if anything wasn't right, the money would be refunded without any hassle!

С их услугами знаком ещё со времён того, когда они наименовались *** (ругательство) RKN (всё ещё немного скучаю по такому названию). Отличная скорость, неограниченное кол-во устройств (в том числе, и для одновременного использования), большое количество локаций, и протоколов. Поддерживают оплату криптовалютами, да и мой опыт взаимодействия с поддержкой тоже, в основном - потрясающий. Искренне рекомендую к приобретению их подписки и желаю только дальнейшего развития команде (хоть и хотелось бы жить в мире, в котором нет нужды в подобном сервисе).
